Took my daughters car in for some service issues. Undercarriage had come loose. Windshield washer was not working. Took it in around noon. Ready to roll at 4. These folks amaze me with their friendly service. I also just bought a new F 150 from them. Great deal on it in these trying times for dealers. Call and ask for Tyler or Mitch in service. I purchased an Edge from here and it needed some work on the seat and windshield. I live about 80 miles away and I needed to leave my vehicle. I was given a loaner car off their lot, no questions asked. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner, they took care of everything. Warning!!!! Do not let them work on your car! You will pay top dollar for diagnostic test and will not have the answer or the solution you are needing. Take your car somewhere else if you don't want to get stranded as they left my life this past weekend. I called and the service guy didn't seem apologetic and was more stand offish saying we don't know what's wrong since it's not there. Well they had it there for 2 days and didn't check anything else. I'm left paying their 120$ diagnostic charge plus towing to my house plus whatever it is to fix the problem that they were suppose to fix. Don't waste your time or energy. read more

My truck was stolen from Paul Murrey Ford in Kaufman, TX. The truck was in for a minor diagnostic and it took about 10 days for them to even look at the truck. A week goes by and I learn from the police department (NOT Paul Murrey Ford) that my truck was stolen and vandalized. Paul Murrey Management told me they we NOT going to do anything about it. Instead I was told to bring back the truck so they can fix what the thieves did to it and they would charge me accordingly. They took no ownership of the incident. The have no security fence around the property and few security cameras. Do not trust this place with your vehicles. They do not have their customers interest at heart. Go somewhere else at all cost. read more

Took car in to get brakes changed out which shouldn't have taken more than a fee hours. Received a call at the end of the day notifying us that the guy who did the brakes was barely going to get there and it wouldn't be done till tomorrow. We said ok no problem. Day 2 we called to asked about status of vehicle and were told that they hadn't even started. They called back to say that the brakes were fine and didnt need changing. I told them that I wanted the brakes changed, It seemed they were trying their hardest not to change the brakes out. Received a call at closing time that they had finally changed the brakes out and the car was ready for pick up. When my wife got home only the front brakes had been changed. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will not be going back and advice anybody who thinks about going here to avoid at all costs. read more

Paul Murrey Ford earned my business yesterday. I went up there for a specific vehicle and was greeted by Lisa. She got to work and found exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to get me the best deal. As we were closing my deal my wife and I were talking about possibly trading her car in one day. We'll Lisa worked her magic and put my wife in her dream car and she stayed late after closing time on a Saturday to do it. Mr Murrey shook my hand and thanked us for the business. Went in for an oil change tire rotation and balance after keeping my truck for 3 days overall (several trips back for problems) I now have 4 scuffed rims and 2 with huge gouges in them and my oil light is now back on. The service manager and Johnny Murray will not do anything to resolve my issues. Have taken my 2006 Ford Explorer there throughout the years when it needed service, last time it took them 3 days to get the part in yet didn't tell me that until the second day, missed two days of work, no rental services available. Two weeks ago we took the Explorer in and asked it to be scanned as we had a cam sensor issue and wanted them to put the Explorer on their scan as it would be more complete. My husband called a few days later to be told the motor was shot, the timing was off? Yet when my husband asked to see the scan report they gave excuse it didn't print but that motor was shot come pick it up with no charge. My question was how did you know what was wrong if you never scanned it? When the truck arrived home, it now doesn't crank at all so now it seems my motor is shot, no thanks to the mechanics at Paul Murrey. Before we took it the dealership the vehicle cranked and would run. My husband went to the dealership to complain and Chip Murrey was so rude and would not listen to my husband and basically called him a LIAR. No one asked for any money only an explanation of what they did or didn't do to my vehicle but all he got was publicly shamed as if he did something wrong. So my impression of this dealership now is bad, I will never take my vehicle there. I just bought a new Ford but definitely wouldn't 't buy from this dealership. This is why I hate doing business with these backwards small towns, some think they are such big fish but in reality you are only a big fish in a very small pond called Kaufman. read more

Excellent service - Lisa had the car delivered to me in Dallas at no charge (still no charge even if I declined to purchase it after seeing it in person) and the driver completed the financial transaction. The car was exactly as advertised and the transaction fast and simple. Driver Pete was personable and easy to work with. After taking possession, I received the plates very quickly, in less than a week. Even got a refund in the mail for some inspection fees that apparently weren't required. I was apprehensive about buying from a non-local dealer but Lisa and Paul Murrey were trustworthy and the deal was honest. Very happy customer. read more

Interested in purchasing a vehicle threw them, Lisa seemed promising but never followed up with my questions. Highly disliked "chip" as we were trying to get a estimate on our trade in, he drove the car .. came back in didn't give Lisa an amount, asked her multiple times what kind of car we had "he just drove it" then he left .. He didn't return our keys. I had to tell Lisa who then called him. Then we had to wait for him to return.!! They were not going to give us a price or wanted to negotiate the sale we were fully prepared to drive the car out that evening. What a waisted trip! Plus when we were leaving another "customer" was browsing their lot .. they came in questing about an 06 silver vehicle in the parking lot. They said the interior was really nice .. she told them it was a customers vehicle, the gentleman asked her if he should lock the vehicle and she said no .. it was after 8pm and they were locking up. was emailing back and forth with the General Managers Nephew Britt over a 2007 Ford F150 truck. We had agreed to a price at 839am. Britt then emailed me back at 1139am and told me truck was sold and I said no way we had already agreed on price and I was waiting on total withTTL for cashiers check. When I spoke with GM Paul Murrey he said first come first serve so they sold it!!!Wow I had email wanting total for truck and you sell it....This Dealer does not care about the Customer only his pockets full of cash!!!! I relocated from my hometown about 5 years ago after buying my Explorer (which I kept) to Austin, TX. I checked several dealerships around Austin, prior to checking with them. (Huge mistake on my behalf) Prices and the right rates were not in my favor. I go visit my hometown and all in a phone call to Brit, just asking for some prices, he says "Come on in, we'll find you what you're looking for." Not only did I find the truck I have been wanting, but also Brit gave me an AMAZING deal that I could not pass up. He personally has exceeded my expectations in the vehicle buying process.
