This dentist is completely unprofessional. Stay FAR FAR away! My family and I had been going Dr. Davis for about 8 years. Once COVID started, he stopped showing up for appointments. You get the cleaning from the hygienist and that's it. No dentist. I suppose that if you only need a cleaning, that's okay, but it's a bit weird to literally NEVER see the dentist when you go to the dentist. I don't even think he's in the office. But here's the real problem: Before each appointment, you get an e-mail reminding you that if you IN ANY WAY feel sick, you should not come in for your appointment. So I woke up the morning of my appointment with a sore throat, cough, and a low fever. I call in and leave a message canceling my appointment. When I reschedule I'm told that I have a "missed appointment fee" but, "to be nice" they'll waive it. Well, I appreciate that, but what was I supposed to do? I was sick and the policy says not to come in if I'm sick. So I appreciate the "favor" but are you really trying to charge me for following your policy? But that's not even the worst. A few months go by and my wife has an appointment. A couple of days before her appointment she starts getting sick. I tell her "well you know their policy, so you better call and tell them you're sick". So she calls and leaves a message more than 24 hours before. Then when she goes in for her rescheduled appointment they tell her SHE'S being charged a missed appointment fee. So she pays the fee, but after the appointment, e-mails them a screenshot showing that she called to cancel the appointment more than 24 hours ahead of time. They claim there was no message and that those calls were for something different. I was there. I SAW her leave the message. So I tell the receptionist I want Dr. Davis to call me. But he doesn't. He has her call me back and say that they'll refund the fee, but that my family should find another dentist. And he cancels the appointment of my 6 year old who was supposed to go in that afternoon. Apparently, a $30 fee is more important to him than the healthcare of a child. read more

Love this practice, I come from a dental family and this is what a dental practice should be! It's should be about the needs of the patient and that is what you get. My first visit was awesome. Very friendly office staff. Hygienist and Dentist were very patient and professional. The $3 receipt from 194...something framed and hung up got me! Love that doctor is 4th gen. I will be heading back there for a clean next week. read more

horrific experience! verbal abuse, mocking my anxiety by stating i was imagining pain during treatment due to anxiety thus preventing him from doing his job, temper tantrum, throwing instruments, screaming at me "i'm done", storming out of the room! his behavior was sooooooo unprofessional, aggressive, and threatening! i've never experience anything like this in a "doctor" - complete lack of patience, concern, empathy or respect towards their patient. this is the second time he told me i could not possibly have pain in a tooth that had a root canal because there was no nerve - turns out the pain was due to a large abscess (infection) in my jaw bone that he never previously identified in his xrays.....it was found by an endodontist - the infection was severe and smelled horrible when they had to go in and redo the canal after cleaning the infection out. buyer beware. Don't waste your time. Toothaches are bad enough don't make it worse for yourself. The staff is very Unprofessional and I don't wish this place on my worse enemy. I was home visiting my family in West Virginia when I started having tooth pain in the upper right portion of my jaw bone. Dr. Paul's office was able to get me in the next day! After entering the office I was greeted by the nice lady who worked the front desk! The dental assistant, Carol was amazing. I am such huge gagger when it comes to X-rays. Let me tell you Carol has some skills. I never once felt like I was going to gag. Dr. Paul was very professional and welcoming! I really like his style of dentistry. He is not an aggressive dentist who is trying make dollar due to your lack of dental knowledge. He could have very well planned a root canal on my tooth due to the clinical symptoms that were present. He asked if I could wear my night guard for a couple of nights before jumping into treatment. Thank goodness he did because it was due to me not properly wearing my night guard. Pain is gone and no reason for a root canals! Thanks DR. read more

Avoid this "dentist". He wanted me to have a root canal on a tooth. I did not want a root canal nor could I afford it (NEARLY $2500 WITH INSURANCE AND THATS NOT COUNTING THE CROWN). I scheduled an appointment with his office to have the tooth extracted. After showing up to the appointment and telling his nurse and him that I did not want a root canal for numerous reasons, the biggest being I can't afford it, the "dentist" told me that he could not extract my tooth because it was "ethically" inappropriate in his "opinion" to extract my tooth because in his opinion i should "have to have the root canal done". I still have a bad infection in that area, which I had the first time I went to him and he refused to give me anti-biotics because he said the root canal specialist would rather me be still dealing with the infection. That should have have set off alarm bells in my head then. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME!!!!!! GO SOMEHWERE ELSE!!! SEE A REAL DENTIST!!! read more
