She sdaid she felt like they didnt want her to have the braces. This was on a Thursday. I called back to them on the following Monday and told them she wanted to do braces instead. I was told at that time they would like her to TRY the invisalign for 90 days. Then if she still wanted to switch she can. To me, you are not listening. I am the paying patient. This is MY childs choice. I was told they already started making her invisalign in the off site lab. I guess they must work Sat and Sun since it had only been one weekday since we had been there. It frustrated me. I then went to Morgan orthodontics where they are SO chill. Never felt like I didnt have a choice. My daughter absolutely loved them! We got quoted way less money and guess what? Same day braces. She got them on that day. They have great payment plans and are so personable. Skip the consult here at this plastic company and go to Morgan! I trusted NVO Orthodontics and Dr. Itani with my smile, and it was one of the biggest mistakes I've made. They completed my treatment even though my lower teeth were still crooked and my upper front teeth were still protruding. Anyone could clearly see that the treatment was not finished properly. I repeatedly expressed that I was unhappy with the results, but my concerns were not taken seriously. Instead of working with me to achieve the outcome I had paid for, they simply ended my treatment. I left the office feeling disappointed, frustrated, and hopeless. Orthodontic treatment is a significant investment of both time and money, and patients deserve to have their concerns heard and addressed--not dismissed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend NVO Orthodontics. I felt like getting paid was more important to them than making sure I was satisfied with the results of my treatment.

It's not often you'll find a provider who's more concerned with your quality of life versus making a sale. Dr Younis has so much integrity... he told me at this stage of my life he would not recommend braces or Invisalign unless I really was bothered by my crowding issues. Because of some TMJ symptoms I have, he told me messing with my bite may exacerbate my issue. I truly appreciate Dr Younis and his staff. They value their patients. The wait time for appointments is minimal if any, the office is easy to get in and out of, they do offer payments plans, and when my kids constantly were breaking their bands and brackets we were always treated well and seen promptly.
