No privacy at patient check-in's as you could hear everything while sitting in waiting room. Appointments were rushed by Maouad, questions were brushed off, and follow-up care was practically nonexistent. For a place that markets itself as patient-focused, the reality was the exact opposite. I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and no closer to resolving the issue I came in for. Finally left this place and found probably one of best dermatologist in Morgantow. Was sold (twice) their private label skin care products instead of being provided with the prescription medications needed.
