Numerous times she has told him things are all set, sends him another bill, then he receives another notice from the Dor. She is incredibly hard to even get a hold of. Many times she has told him rest assured it is all taken care of. At this point I believe she is just going to continue to charge for services, that she cannot and will not render. Go elsewhere. I would happy to give her a different review, if any time in the near future she actually considered doing what she has been paid for.
