Dr. Colvert saw this on my chart immediately and gave me the dosage and I ended up sitting in an exam chair for that extra time. They said they were short staffed and apologized for the wait. Short staffed? He is the only dentist there. So after waiting an hour and a half (with no update from the staff) they told me that they would have to reschedule me because they could not get me out of there by 10:30 as I had another appointment. So today was my rescheduled appointment, and they told me they took me off the schedule because I didn't confirm a text reminder? I thought I had, but even if I hadn't, I had an appointment and they took me off without notifying me? I'm done with them.
