Fortunately my cleanings were performed by a very sweet and knowledgeable person. In fact, she is the only reason I continued to come. I wanted to have my teeth straightened so she suggested their Clear Correct plan. I had an evaluation with one of the doctors and I was told that it would cost $3400 total. I wanted to send everything through my insurance company just in case they covered any portion of it. They told me several times that insurance would not cover it and they held off sending in the paper work for a predetermination. After many months had passed, I took it upon myself to send in the paper work. My insurance would only cover a small amount of it, but still, I wanted that portion paid. I waited a few more months and heard nothing. I called my insurance company and they told me that they changed the price from $3400 to $3700. How did that happen? Regardless, I wanted to go ahead and start the process of straightening my teeth. All they had to do was send in the paper work and the codes that my insurance company requested. I was told several times by their office that it was done. My insurance company assured me that they had not sent in anything. They were determined that they wanted me to pay the entire cost of the Clear Correct, rather than allow my insurance company to kick in a small amount. Long story short, TWO YEARS LATER and still no progress on the Clear Correct. They told me that I had to be evaluated again. This time I was told that it would cost $5600. The price went from $3400 to $3700, and now all the way up to $5600. I was beyond disappointed. I could have gone somewhere else and the process of getting my teeth straightened would have been done by now. A couple of months later, the sweet young lady who cleaned my teeth transferred to another office. As I said, she was the only reason that I continued to come. NOW, there is no way I'm getting Clear Correct anything from them. This type of service is beyond unfair and unbelievable.
