There's onsite parking which they share with the other businesses on the industrial estate, so you may have to squeeze in next to cars waiting for MOTs. Inside, it's nothing like a shop. You'll squeeze down a corridor lined with other people's orders waiting to be collected, all neatly wrapped up in bubble wrap. Above these orders are samples of the types of frames they work with - everything is made-to-measure, and you can choose the mount and frame to match your taste and budget. These guys can turn around frames in quite short notice - like 48 hours! - but be warned, because of their religion they are closed for quite a bit of Friday when they attend mosque. Which is fine, as long as you remember and plan for it! (We once sat in the carpark on a Friday for quite a while waiting for them to get back... oops!)

The shop is situated down a smallish side street opposite a big co-op in the town centre, away from the busy high street and therefore easy to park. The shop provides numerous frames in all shapes and sizes, all woods and synthetics. We have often conducted business there, and often go back with new pictures every month or so. The service provided is impeccable, with great attention to detail maintained, and quality always a paramount. The shop has a loyal local customer base but I think mainly now operates as a mail order/telephone business. The shop is highly recommended by us for people requiring a professional framing service for formal or informal matters, at good value.

The very helpful sales assistant showed me a wide range of frames to choose from and made some very helpful suggestions. I asked him when it would be available and he said he would have it ready the next day- i was very impressed and the finished product looks lovely in my living room. My husband and I hired James to photograph our wedding in January 2010. We wanted some staged and…read moresome reportage photographs of our day, both indoors and out, but other than that didn't have much of a brief to give him as we're both rather camera-shy. On the day James arrived promptly and he was just such fun! His way of making me feel at ease with the camera was fantastic too, he just ensured me that I wouldn't see any bad photographs then just continued snapping away at me until I had no choice to laugh, relax and get on with my wonderful day. Oddly, after the getting ready shots, I hardly noticed James' presence at all; he was a bit like a ghost! I actually remember thinking where has James gone and then looked up and saw him capturing me from the window outside! Above all, the photographs we received were simply staggering and world class according to my mother. They all had a look of being totally modern yet timeless, I have no idea how he did it, but they're magic. We are expecting our first baby soon and have already booked James - a very talented man.
