She sent me away and told me if I wanted pain medication I would have to see various specialists for the ailments I was describing to her and she proceeded to say that she will not be willing to medicate me for the problems I was describing ... After making appointments with the various specialists, then having to wait for appointments and still being in pain, it turns out I have needed three various surgeries since seeing her and the surgeries were all for the exact reasons she laughed at me and refused to treat my pain seriously over .... I now no longer need pain medication because I have had the problems fixed. If I would have continued seeing her, I would have just lived in Pain and never got the problems fixed since she thought it was comical that I was having the medical issues I was describing to her and did not take me seriously. I would not recommend this Dr. at all!

They just moved into the offices from another office, so the only downside is it was inviting at first how bare it was with no decorations and boxes everywhere. She took her time with me. My veins had collapsed years ago for another medical condition so I was worried they were gonna poke and prod my arm. She gently took her time finding my small vein and got it the first time without picking my arm out like other doctors in the past. On top of that she did it herself, not a nurse. Glad I found a good doctor in SOC to get my physicals done!

If you see a suboxone doctor, but don't feel like they are giving you the best care, or especially if their front office isn't great about prior authorizations and insurance issues, then you need to switch! Look, I never write reviews and I've already been a patient for over a year, but they so consistently knock my socks off with service that feels more like a nice hotel than a doctor's office, I just had to write this one. After having seen Dr. Orr a couple of times now, I think she was definitely right. Not only is Dr. Orr extremely thorough, she is also a great listener and really pays attention to the concerns that are most important to me. As a nurse, I've seen all sorts of doctors and can easily identify the good from the bad. I have a lot of respect and appreciation for this one. The front office person and medical assistant are also very kind, respectful, and do a great job at keeping me from waiting too long for any of my requests. I drive 15 miles to this office to see them and will gladly drive the additional 5 miles when they move back to their Mission Viejo office.
