We were needing a new, primary care doctor, and/or, family physican. At the recommendation of our insurance company, we decided to give Dr. Taylor, a try. He, didn't seem to understand, the nature of my ailments, or the best medical treatment options, for, in my humble opinion, though I will say, he did occasionally and genuinely seem sympathetic towards my suffering. He didn't respond, multiple times, to medical questions asked in his office, though did when asked, in writing, online, a week or two, later. Also, he repeatedly asked us, the same questions, as if he hadn't taken the time, to review the medical records, that I took a great deal of time, collecting and bringing with, prior to my first, of several office visits made with appointments, nor my most recent medical records, available to him, via computer. Customer service, from support staff, I felt, was rather subpar, to say the least, as well. Unable to recommend. read more
