Seldom have I met a person who is as thoughtful, pleasant and accommodating to clients, and services that I received from her office have always been outstanding. I'm old enough to remember the dark days of dentistry, when the idea of pain-free dental work was the exception rather than the rule. Dr. Janis and her staff, however, have taken pain and anxiety reduction to a new level. Instead of simply treating the teeth, they have created a warm and inviting environment, sharing stories or light humor with me and offering options such as customized music selections or a choice of flavors for topical anesthetics. Of even greater significance is the fact that Dr. Janis knows how to listen to the client and demonstrates both her impeccable expertise as well as personal consideration while discussing radiograph results and offering guidance in determining a course of action. In the case of a complex procedure, however, she will provide appropriate referrals rather than attempting a solution best left to specialists. I'm very grateful to have had the good fortune to know this wonderful, compassionate person and for the opportunity of receiving dental services from the best of the best.

Worst dental experience of my life!…read more Dr. Monica Scigala completely botched my treatment here. Because of her incompetence, I had to go through a full retreatment with another dentist -- 6 long visits, each involving high doses of anesthesia -- just to fix the mess she left behind. I even had to take 6 days off work and pay $3,750 out of pocket. To make it worse, the clinic has now removed her name from their website, pretending like she never existed. Zero accountability, zero apology, zero concern for the patient. I've attached before and after photos and proof of the amount I paid for retreatment. The difference speaks for itself. If you care about your health, time, and money, do not trust this clinic. They'll cost you more than you can imagine.

I had a dental appointment for the tooth filling, on May 26th, and at first, they did numb the…read moreright side of my mouth, so I would not feel much pain, but once they told me that the numbing will be healed for 2-3 hours, my mouth was STILL numb and sore. It took my mouth, ONE WEEK, for it to heal! I do not recommend their service, as they kept telling me to take antibiotics, even though it was not the issue, and it could've been prevented, if they did not open my jaw for too long, or did not stay in one place to numb my mouth for 4-5 minutes. I was supposed to do one more filling, but didn't proceed, due to the pain, and would really like my money back, for lying!

Because I give five stars for people who just are good enough. These people here are I've moved here from California in the last six months. I had a broken tooth that broke off where a very old filling was. It was a little sensitive so I thought for sure I was going to be looking at a root canal and a crown. The doctor did a $270 filling the next day. I really couldn't believe it. I'm so grateful that he save me $2000. I probably would never have known if he told me I needed the root canal and crown. So now I want to go back and get 4 Veneers/crowns on my bottom teeth. I already have Veneers/crowns on my top eight. Thank you Dr. McNarney! I'm so happy to a found my new dentist.
