I talked to several agents and Hallie was by far the best and most responsive. She guided me on neighborhoods and drove by each property we were seriously considering. By being friendly and inquisitive, she was able to get honest information chatting with current tenants that helped me see which properties were a good investment (or not). She was always available, responsive and on top of it! She was very knowledgeable as well, and I felt very comfortable knowing I had all the support I needed as an out of town buyer. My financing fell through and I was unable to invest at this time, but I plan to work with Hallie when the time is right, and will insist anyone interested in buying in Cincinnati call her.

The Cincinnati real estate market is pretty challenging right now and Amy has adjusted her processes to give buyers the best chance at winning a home with limited inventory on the market. Not only is she an expert in the Cincinnati real estate market having lived and worked in the area for a number of years, but she has built an excellent reputation with realtors here as well. Case in point, due to her excellent advice and relationships, we were able to make a winning bid on a home in a multiple offer situation even though we weren't the highest bidder. Amy has an excellent support team, from loan specialists, inspectors, and title agency. Everyone we have dealt with has been super communicative, eager to answer questions and all working together to support a quick closing that the seller was working for. I would have no hesitation referring Amy to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Cincinnati area. Amy is the BEST!

Amy helped us sell my Mom's home while we were managing everything remotely, and we couldn't be more grateful. From day one, Amy was communicative, organized, and proactive. Amy handled every detail--from coordinating removing items, cleaning and anything else that came up to managing showings and paperwork--with efficiency and care. We always felt like the home was in great hands, even though we were hundreds of miles away. Thanks to Amy's deep knowledge of the local market and expert guidance, we received multiple strong offers and were able to close quickly and smoothly. What could have been a complicated, stressful experience turned out to be seamless. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to their clients, I highly recommend Amy. Amy went above and beyond in every way.

They specialize in serving the western and north-western areas of Cincinnati, and they're expertise shows! I used them to buy and sell my first house and buy the second, as well. When selling the first we worked with two other realtors before coming back to Hoeting. I always feel like the realtors at Hoeting make a point of creating a personal relationship with their clients. I never felt like a commission, or a number in a spreadsheet, like I did with the other realtors we dealt with. I've also noticed that Hoeting is really gung-ho about open houses. During the winter, most realtors stop doing open houses, but not Hoeting. They'll keep working on selling your house, no matter what the season. When it came to buying a house, our realtor took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. Here's a tip, trust your realtor to find good houses. Every time we brought a house to her, it turned out to be a disastrous fit. She knew what we wanted better than we did! One issue I had with Hoeting is that their communication setup is not very streamlined. Larger realtors have a central staff that deals with booking showings and open houses. This made it really easy to deal with setting up showings and knowing exactly what's happening. With Hoeting, I would have to call my realtor directly and she would pass the info along to the necessary people. On the one hand, that's personal service, but on the other, she wasn't always available right when I needed her. With that said, there were times when we had to schedule meetings at odd hours and she was always willing to bend over backwards to make it work for us. Including coming to our house at 9:30pm to answer our questions about an addendum! That flexibility was a life-saver! I think you'll be very pleased with Hoeting Realtors, and tell Tina Rieder I said "Hello!"

The problem with being a first-time home seller is that you don't know what you don't know. It's a very involved process with lots of moving parts. While interviewing several realtors, my friend (who just sold her house with Brittney) had recommended Brittney to us, citing her unrelenting work ethic and attention to detail throughout the entire process as two of her best assets. Over the next week, Brittney dedicated several hours over the phone and in person to discuss the entire process with us and guide us through the steps to prepare to list our place. I was immediately impressed with her insight into the local real estate trends and suggestions for small renovations to increase our home value prior to listing. While we were accomplishing these renovations, she worked diligently behind the scenes garnering interest in our townhouse through social media and word of mouth with her realtor friends and clients interested in purchasing in our area. We even had an interested party stop by before the initial "go-live" date due to her enthusiastic marketing. She arranged for a photographer to come through and take amazing professional pictures of the place (free of charge!), and used them for marketing purposes on all the major realtor websites as well as Facebook. Within three days of listing, we already had 5 offers--several above initial asking price. For anyone trying to sell a home, a bidding war between several buyers is a good situation to be in, and certainly helps to increase the final sale price! I have no doubt her work behind the scenes leading up to listing created the enthusiasm and excitement for the place, and eager buyers were ready to pounce. I cannot stress enough how effortless the process was on our end, made possible by Brittney's effort on her end. She handled the paperwork flawlessly. Brittney was seemingly available 24-7 to answer questions, make recommendations, update us on offers, or even for a friendly chat on unrelated topics. Although I'm sure we weren't her only clients at the time, her ubiquitous and individualized attention to us and to our townhouse certainly felt like we were her only priority. As we had moved out of town prior to finalizing the sale, she was gracious enough to take the time to stop by our place to tidy up before inspection and spruce up our garden plants which had died after we left town. We hadn't even asked her to do this--she did it on her own volition, out of her own pocket, and we were truly grateful for her selfless attitude. That's the kind of personalized experience you can expect with Brittney. She's received numerous accolades for her outstanding and professional work, and she's certainly deserved every last one. The glowing reviews on the realty websites are a testament to her success as a realtor and to her friendly yet fierce personality. Selling your home doesn't have to be a stressful experience. I would wholeheartedly endorse Brittney as the best realtor around (currently in the greater Cincinnati area). List your place with her and rest assured you'll have an excellent experience.
