People are written up for things waaaaay out of the employees control... forced to work weekends Forced to do the work of 3-6 people And written up if those jobs couldn't be handled By 1 PERSON. Forced to work even if drs appts are scheduled weeks prior. It's time to contact legal counsel at this point.... pushed too far people will break. Smart people will collect all evidence and contact a lawyer like I have. You've been warned. This is the WORST company to work for in all of so cal. or.... wherever they have a work site. They rob their customers too. For thousands Of dollars.... I'm not the employee btw. I just hear about the bs and crying from my poor mama being abused there for the last 5 years. Abuse. That's the perfect word For how employees are treated. Maybe the BBB needs to be contacted. Multi million dollar company getting rich from abuse and forced labor of their employees. Forced abuse. Sick people truly.

Absolutely terrible experience. This place is completely unreliable, and their customer service is…read morebeyond unacceptable. We purchased 20 ft metal studs, and their employee gave our contractor the wrong size (18 ft). This wasn't a small mistake--it directly impacted our job site, caused delays, and wasted labor. Any competent business would immediately take full responsibility and fix the issue. Instead, we had to chase them down. After contacting Marta (receptionist) and Anet (manager), they told us to bring the materials back for verification--wasting even more time and effort on our end. Once we did that, they admitted it was THEIR mistake and even apologized... but then refused to fully make it right. They only agreed to exchange or reimburse 5 pieces and refused to take responsibility for the remaining 15 pieces that THEY incorrectly provided. That's not just poor service--that's completely unethical. They expect the customer to absorb the cost of their own error. This kind of behavior shows a total lack of accountability and professionalism. It honestly feels like they just don't care once the transaction is done. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. If you absolutely have to come here, inspect every single item before leaving, because once you walk out, they will not stand behind anything they sell--even when the mistake is 100% theirs. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

Not sure about quality of products yet but customer service and ethics are not the best in this…read morecompany. Placed an order with a rep from their company and he said it would be shipped in about three weeks. He then sent me an email with an invoice putting shipping date almost five weeks out. After a few weeks I called the company and asked about this discrepancy and they said the emailed date of almost five weeks out was accurate and some what apologized. So on the expected ship date I called them again to see approximately what time I could expect it. I was told all sales people are busy they would call me back. I waited and hour and a half and no call so called them back. This time they transfer me to a sales person right away and when I ask about my item he says it will be at least another week. When I asked why he went quiet for a minute and then said what do you mean why this is manufacturing not amazon we don't just box an item and ship it. I told him about what was told to me when I ordered it and that I had called and followed up and that I had not received any notification that my order was running behind. His response was his company does not have anyone that follows up to let people know when their orders are behind and they don't have a system to let them know when orders are due. I said is that the best you can do he said yes so I said I will make sure to leave the appropriate review so he replied he will leave the appropriate review on me to. Talk about customer service lol. I would say spend the extra couple of bucks and go with a reputable company that at least can track when their orders are due.
