R&R Flooring came to us through our General Contractor and they are amazing! The job was gutting…read moreand renovating the entire main level of our 1965 split level which hadn't been touched since the house was built. R&R moved a wall, took out an unused fireplace, filled in a window, installed all the new appliances, handled all the finish carpentry, painting, tile entry way and tile back splash and the quartz countertops and new island with quartz top. The original hardwood in the living room/dining room was in good enough shape to save but the kitchen which had been vinyl and the family room hardwood was all replaced. You literally can't tell where the old wood was laced into the new wood floor. And, when the owner wasn't satisfied with how the floors looked he had his crew sand it all down and do it over! We also purchased our cabinets through them and it saved us a lot of money. Most importantly to me is that we never had any issues with any of the work crew as they were in our home from the beginning of March to early June. And they worked every day unless we were waiting on something that had been ordered, but they always alerted me to that, and they came on time. We didn't even mind that they worked a few weekends. I never had to track them down and ask if they were planning to work that day or not. They did an incredible job in a short amount of time. I couldn't be more pleased with how our house looks now. If I have other things to renovate in my home I will always call on them.

As you…read morecan see by the comparison photos, I selected something to add warmth and richness to some countertops (the brown square on the right). But, unfortunately, ended up with something reminiscent of Silly Putty covered in pocket lint. To be fair, I used them about 7 years ago and was very pleased with the durability and appearance of the job they did, but this latest project they did for me is laughable.

We have always been treated with sincerety and attention. The countertops are incredibly strong and durable. You can call them and they will bring you a sample on a tile. My husband and I loved how smooth it was and my husband also akwardly tried to chip away at it to test the durability, with no avail. haha. My 14 year old daughter has even began an interest in cooking and will cut veggies directly on the countertop without a cutting board. I was truly amazed to see that it did not scratch. I am so happy I went with this company to begin and the savings is truly worth it! My counter is a beautiful mocha with light flecks

Tim Cross grossly underbid our kitchen remodel to get the job. He couldn't provide what we…read morediscussed before we hired him. He won't take or return our phone calls and refuses to refund the down-payment we gave him for $4850. Tim couldn't find a match for a tile (that our new contractor found, no problem), he inflated the cabinet price $20000, charging us $55000 for cabinets that his cost was $35000. He wanted us to go with low-end cabinets that had 2 custom-made cabinets that would only be an 80% match with the stock cabinets they had. We were $10000-$25000 over his estimate before he even got started and had to pay $4850 to find out he was a lying, unethical crook. He won't return our phone calls and refuses to give us a refund.
