Upon walking out, their sign for the hours posted outside the business also stated they closed at 7. We decided to go to another hair place who happily took my kids and cut their hair. Around 630 we went back over near where this salon is to get ice cream, and wouldn't you know they were still open and people getting their hair done. But we were told they closed at 5. If you dont want to cut children's hair, dont offer those services. Mind you, my children are 6 & 7 and know how to sit still while getting their hair cut! Ill never go back to this place. The tension i felt upon walking in was so uncomfortable. Turning away paying customers and lying on top of it is ridiculous. Why let us 1. Walk in 2. Ask what services we need if you're already "closed"? I guess the other customers were bigger payouts than 2 kids haircuts

The service is consistently excellent regardless of who I see. I have color and cuts done every few weeks. I've had massages and pedicures. I'd highly recommend their services. Being in Florida the last few months trying to find a hair stylist and salon reminds me what a good thing I have with Designer's Edge. So I first I'd like to mention I DID CALL to make sure they could do what I needed which was a full…read moreset! I arrive at my 6:15 APPOINTMENT (YES THEY GAVE NE A 6:15 APPOINTMENT) They close at 7pm (not my fault when I called they knew what service I was requesting) I sit for roughly 20 min. We're not skinny women but Julie, the…read moreyounger nail technician decided that it would be great customer service to tell us that we should exercise so we could be skinny like her and not have a fat belly. I just had a baby when we went so that comment wasn't well liked. Besides being rude, she wasn't good at her job. I asked her to not cut the sides of my nails or cuticles. She took that as to not shorten my nails and not to clean them or file them. And the paint job was shoddy. For some awful reason, a lot of the cheap nail places like to cute deep into the sides of the nails. This only speeds up the possibility of an ingrown nail and without proper sanitary precautions will cause an infection. That's teh same for the cuticle. Unless it's white then yes, cut it. But if it's nicely adhering to your nail bed, just push it back. Ask a podiatrist! I will never go back to this place nor will I recommend it! Go somewhere, anywhere else!
