The menu had lots of mouth watering options so it was hard to pick and I changed my mind on what to get at least 3 times! Interior of the place was a mix of casual elegant ambiance and an order counter at a fast food place, though I didn't dine in. When I picked up, the food was behind the counter and I talked to a cashier. She was sweet but unsure of if it was okay for me to self-serve the drinks from the fridge and eventually just let me go for it. This was good for a fast bite to eat, though I think the menu photos look way more tantalizing than the real thing. The fries were crispy and had a great taste, but my wrap almost fell apart when I picked it up it hit the spot and was good, but finishing half the wrap, I didn't feel excited to get into the other half because the taste wasn't wowing me. read more

This place is simply awful. Not only is it awful, but it is really overpriced. I ordered a meatball sub there and the meatballs were so small they were smaller than golf balls, definitely some awful frozen food stuff. My girlfriend ordered a calzone. The calzone did not contain hardly any ricotta cheese and instead was some low quality, greasy mozzarella. It was awful! read more

This is my second Salad order from Pat's in NorthEast and both have been wonderful! There were plenty of Ingredients as ordered and the Ahi Tuna was cooked perfectly as requested. Though it's a little costly (due to the Tuna), it was a nice sized portion. The only downfall to the whole process is the Online Ordering options for paying. There are no "pay at the window" option and therefore, if you were hoping to pay cash, there is no choice to do that when ordering online. (Please make that an option, PLEASE!) This place was great a couple months ago. My last two orders were horrible. Partially cooked and no flavor at all. Got a turkey club that wasn't good at all and undercooked chicken fingers. They do have good fries at times. Chicken wings are good. It's too bad.... This place was really good at one time. They charge a delivery fee and none of it goes to the driver. Last two orders were $40-50 each and I threw most of it away. Thought I'd give them a second chance but they failed miserably. read more

Great place for a nice casual dinner. Good prices, not to expensive. Order at the counter and they bring it to your table. The staff was very nice. Modern clean atmosphere. Best of all, the food was excellent! Also, they make pretty good gluten free pizzas, which is not easy to find. read more

I had to write a review since I almost didn't order from here because of the mediocre Yelp reviews. My family ordered apps, wings, pizza, and entrees for take out. Literally everything we had was excellent. Local patrons were buzzing in and out on a Friday. Looks like they had some kind of drive through pick up window. Very cool. Coupon with a discount for ordering online. Fam commented, how did we not get one thing we didn't like? Gluten-free pizza was well above average. This was one of the few places in the area that did take out that was also close to work. For how much it cost ($$ range) I think the food could've have tasted less bland. I ordered the "philly cheese steak" with a couple of toppings but when I received my dish it just looked like a mound of iceberg lettuce. Other than that the service was okay. I'd say this place is probably a step down from the Panera chains, tolerable for a quick and casual lunch on a work day but I probably wouldn't choose to go here for a nicer meal with friends on a weekend. read more

I always see the employees working hard and yet I watch this so called Manager holler at employees in front of customers and call them names. Never seem to get what you order, and at the prices they charge you would think you could get what you order. Coupon doesn't say "before tax total" yet manager wouldn't take coupon. Delivery is convenient but to my house takes close to an hour from time of ordering. They do have a nice drive-up window for called in orders. I prefer not to dine in at Pat's. Pros: convenient. Salads are very good quality for a pizza place. I like their pizza crust and french fries. Convenient location on Rt 40 near Rt 272. Cons: priced a little high for food you know they bought premade in bulk and just dropped in a deep fryer. I like the Pat's location in North East, MD. As for the other reviewers, I have never tried their pizza but their sandwiches and salads have always been great. The location was recently rennovated and it is extremely clean inside. The only two pieces of advice I can offer is that they really need to add beer/wine like the location in Edgewood (and when I suggest beer/wine, televisions are always a great addition). They could also add some fresh brewed iced tea or sweet tea to their beverages. I can't remember the last restaurant I patronized who had a soda machine that did not offer some sort of fresh brewed tea. This has become our family favorite for Pizza and Wings and the ability to order online is a big plus. The dine-in atmosphere is a bit better than what you would expect for a Pizza shop, although they don't have table service the quality of food is, in my opinion, superior to Pizza Hut where you do have a wait staff. One night a week they have a clown to do balloon animals for the kids and I've never had a bad experience with their food or service. read more

This place is just very average. I've had both their Stromboli and pizza. The sauce is a little overly sweet in my opinion. Their crust is pretty nondescript. Toppings seemed alright. Though the large Stromboli was mostly bread with limited fillings. It has a bigger menu, but it would say it is on par with Papa Johns (which I don't consider a compliment). Well I've been totally disappointed the last two times I have ordered takeout from Pat's in North East Maryland both times the food arrives late and cold tonight I paid $31.05 for a small Cesar salad and a medium margarita pizza with ground beef topping it totals $31.05 with delivery charges so I looked at it I saw well the ground beef was 699 for an extra add-on but when it finally arrived The ground beef was burnt inedible and cold so disappointed I'll never use them again read more

The pizza and food is all processed and factory made. Meatballs in the meatball subs are mostly filling. To be honest I have had frozen Pizza that is better. With that said the place is clean and the young staff is very helpful and energetic. Drinks are serve yourself with free refills. read more

Had some take out from Pat's and it was delicious - Chicken Avocado Sandwich and Caesar Salad - one of the best wraps I've ever had. Chicken was moist, full of flavor and the salad was a perfect partner. Wings that friend had were not as good, but still spicy and wam. Highly recommend for takeout to local hotels. Not happy. Our pizza is burned with cheese looks pretty bad. Thinking we had to wait 45-55 minutes for it to be done you would think it wouldn't be burnt . There for a while we have stop getting pizza because everywhere we go it's burned. There is only a few places that have good pizza. I firgure I would try pats again live their subs and my children and husband love pizza. Sucks of it being burnt. Guess we will have to try a different place.
