I cannot say enough about how good Franks is. When we went to Franks i looked aŕound the room to see what other guests are eating. The vast majority were eating the cheesesteak subs. There were also a few pizzas scàttered about and they looked great as well. The party nrxt to us was a group of hearty, healthy young men who burn off lots of carbs. They were eating cheesesteak subs and that really swayed my choice. Hubby got a cold cut sub and he loved it I really out did him with the cheesesteak sub. A full sub, expect to pay about $20, was well worth it, you' ll enjoy every singĺe bite. The. Bread is fresh and the ton of meat is moist, never over cooked like many cheesesteak restaurants do. As an aside, a man caught me staring at him in a grocery store and it was his t-shirt i was looking at, which said Franks. So the conversation started and come to find out he works there andhe had just finished his shift. I can say he honestly loves his job and is very proud of his work, you could tell by his enthusiam. He not only praised the staff but also the food. I would gìve mòre than 5 stars. They deserve it.

We had to get the muffuletta. We opted for the chicken vodka parm one. It was insanely huge and delish. Could not finish it and brought part home! We also shared a sausage and pepper pinwheel which was out of this world, grandma slice which rivaled the ones back home, and shared a panini which was tasty and fresh. My sister said her chicken franchese was hands down the best she's had in the 10 years living here! The ambiance is definitely pizza place but way nicer. We sat down for our meal and had it served to us. I will add, our server was also wonderful. This will definitely be a nice place to keep coming back to when we're in town!

The menu had lots of mouth watering options so it was hard to pick and I changed my mind on what to get at least 3 times! Interior of the place was a mix of casual elegant ambiance and an order counter at a fast food place, though I didn't dine in. When I picked up, the food was behind the counter and I talked to a cashier. She was sweet but unsure of if it was okay for me to self-serve the drinks from the fridge and eventually just let me go for it. This was good for a fast bite to eat, though I think the menu photos look way more tantalizing than the real thing. The fries were crispy and had a great taste, but my wrap almost fell apart when I picked it up it hit the spot and was good, but finishing half the wrap, I didn't feel excited to get into the other half because the taste wasn't wowing me.

Different Cheesesteak #884. Guest Eater Jim Burns. I guess this cheesesteak was good by Maryland standards. Roll was more like bread than cheesesteak roll. It needed more cheese. Big pieces of fried onions. Fried onions and mushrooms spent a good amount of time on the grill. A touch too much of whatever they used to add moisture to the meat. The crab pizza was amazing. I don't know why they would not make me a cheesesteak with mozzarella cheese, crab meat and seasoning. read more

After a quick Google search, Ercole's popped up, and it was only about 7 minutes away. Located in a small shopping strip, this quaint little shop instantly gives you all the New York vibes. The gentleman who took our order was incredibly patient, friendly, and hospitable. Customer service was a perfect 10/10. We ordered cheesesteaks and fries, and when our food was ready, he personally brought it to our table along with some complimentary bruschetta for us to try. Let me tell you, the bread they make for that bruschetta was absolutely amazing, the roasted tomatoes and fresh herbs absolutely woke up your taste buds with every bite. 10/10. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and made with care. I'll definitely be stopping by tomorrow before heading home to grab more. The cheesesteaks were packed full and incredibly flavorful an easy 9/10. The fries were delicious too, and the portions were very generous. Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. If you're staying near Great Wolf Lodge or just passing through Perryville, I highly recommend giving Ercole's a try.
