Absolutely appalling. DO NOT HIRE THIS DOG WALKER. She brought NINE dogs to the dog park today…read morewhere there is a max of TWO dogs per person. She left two unattended in the park while she walked 7 back to her car. The two dogs were an older, female Jack Russell mix with a pink harness, and a tall, black/brown hound mix (Coonhound?). The bigger dog pooped but hey - no one was around to see it or pick it up because his dog walker LEFT. I left the park because I am not comfortable being there with two unknown dogs (the JRT was pretty snarky) and I went next door to the adjoined park. She came back a few minutes later (she parked down the street) and I told her that I was appalled that she would leave two clients' dogs unattended in a park. She started yelling at me about how she will never come back to this park because it's too far from the road and not set up well. I told her that she should never leave dogs unattended in a park and she yelled again, telling me "what am I supposed to do? I can't walk all these dogs to the car together - they could get loose and hit by a car!" I'm stunned. She would rather leave your dogs unattended in a park with perfect strangers, not even knowing if the other dogs are safe/friendly. She can't handle 9 dogs because NO ONE CAN. It's not ethical. If I were a paying client, this person would be out of a job yesterday. If clients are reading this review, please cancel your service with her - she is not a safe person with whom to leave your pets. You have no idea what goes on with your dog when she has them in her "care".

This boarding place is a great middle ground between having Cat sitters and boarding at a vet. Your Cat is boarded in rooms with many suites that opens into a hallway. You can pick suites with windows or even birdfeeders for extra cost. The price for additional Cats is significantly less than the initial Cat. All the Cat's needs are provided for such as water, litterbox cleaning, and daily free roaming into that hallway. I believe you need to supply your own food, I had to since my Cats are on prescription kibble. What sets this place apart from Cat sitters is that they can administer Cat medication, as one of mine needed eye drops. My 2 Cats stayed there for 1 week and the price was pretty reasonable. I can definitely tell my Cats didn't drink enough water as they wolfed it down when back home. Lastly this is only relevant during covid restrictions, but with contactless pickup, make sure your Cat isn't skittish af. One of my Cats has trauma when rescued so she fought for her life to not get put into her carrier by the employee. I would personally request to put that Cat into the carrier yourself, to avoid contributing to the place's smell and avoid needless bleeding. The employee working that day needs a raise or something...

I am strongly recommending the Pet Services and care I have received from Bonez & Katnip Pet…read moreServices and the Owner Lynn Cvitko; in which they provided overnight in-home Pet care to my 2 dogs during my week long vacation. I found out about Bonez and Katnip Pet Services, when I was desperately searching online ( last minute) for home care for my 2 dog rescues. This was for a scheduled vacation, during March Break 2018 in which my usual pet services fell through. I had already spoken to numerous Pet Services and Kennels before I reached out and was not satisfied with these services provided. When I first spoke to Lynn, I knew right away they were a cut above the rest... I told her about my dog's special needs; one being a very frightened, rescue from Thailand (Foxy) and the other 6 lb Yorkie (Max), who has separation issues with me and vacations. Right away, I felt that Lynn understood my concerns and was knowledgeable and experienced in the special care needed for them. When Lynn and Liliana (the dog sitter), came for the home visit to meet my fur boys for the 1st time, I knew that they were seasoned pet service providers and experienced in rescue behavioural issues. I also felt they were equipped with the patience and love that goes with rescues to earn their trust. I felt completely assured and saw that my fur boys were quickly warming up to them. 2 days before my scheduled vacation, my Thai rescue became very ill and had to be hospitalized for a day. I initially thought about cancelling my trip, that is, until I spoke to Lynn about it. She reassured me that they could handle the level of necessary care for my puppy well I was gone, even though he was still recovering and they had the experience to do this. During my vacation, Lilliana sent me nightly updates with how Fox was doing, funny, loving pictures with both of them and gave Fox his medication as needed. She also went above and beyond and helped wean him back to his regular diet. When I returned both dogs were calm, unstressed and when they saw Liliana again they were all over her and knew she was now part of their clan:). Well needless to say my boys have 2 new Aunties now and I am so excited to have the continued excellent Pet Services and care for my future vacations through Bonez & Katnip Pet Services!!!!

We didn't really "guest proof" our house, and not a thing was out of place when we got home. The sitter even brought her own food. On top of it all, she cleaned up the poop in our back yard and washed her sheets. I would happily use Bonez & Katnip again and recommend them to my friends.

I used them when they were under their original owners (Donna & Craig) in 2009, and then after they were bought out (Julie and Jamie) a few years later. Under both owners, my dogs were looked after by the same dog walker (Jen) each time. Jen was great both the first time around with my every elderly Lab/Staff mix, and then again with a very active German Shorthair. While I've no idea if they're still around as a business, on the off chance that Jen (or the others) come across this - thanks for everything!

I was in total shock by this behavior and rudeness. no one EVER hung up a phone in my face in that manner and I am glad that I found out now what type of people work there before I considered leaving my two dogs in their hands, I am not sure who answered the phone, if it was a worker or the owner but that person definitely ruined this business' reputation.
