Piper is always very excited to see Diane and when we arrive she runs from our car, straight to her door....tail wagging! As Piper is part of our family, the trust I have in Diane is very important to me. Diane always goes above and beyond, is flexible and very knowledgeable about dogs. I would highly recommend her to family and friends seeking pet sitting services. She is truly a gem!

My only complaint is the price I do wish boarding was a bit cheaper because it definitely adds up. But at the same time... you kinda get what you pay for. They give it in spades, and with love. They have indoor and outdoor facilities, and simply are the best!

I have not written any reviews yet but I have to write this one for Michele. My boyfriend and I…read morehave a two year old German shepherd who is always so energetic. Michele has been the one and only person that we trust to take care of our German shepherd. Believe me, if she can take REAL GOOD CARE of our German and can SATISFY our German's daily exercise requirements, while taking care of few other dogs in the same time, she can take REAL GOOD CARE of yours as well. She has given us trustworthy, reliable, and accountable boarding services since our dog was 4 months old, out dog gladly jumps on Michele's Jeep when she sees her, that's when you know your dog is having a LOT of FUN AND EXERCISE when he/she is with Michele. You know that you can trust her, count on her and give her your dog babies because not only does she do the "day caring/dog walking", but most importantly, she really does care about your dogs, like they are her own. We were new dog owners and we always ask her questions on dog training, or even dog food, and other general terms; not once has she ever failed us. She cares about your dog enough that she would send you multiple email-length texts on how to better train your dog or solve your dog-related questions, she'd even send you multiple links of related training videos. Oh and btw, she also take really good pictures and videos of your dogs!!! Not to mention that she always take them to large clean and beautiful parks.

Debbie showed me various ways to exercise my dog to strengthen her back legs. And she made it fun too. Like hills are our new best friend to walk up and down to strengthen while walking. She is super knowledgeable about muscles and bones and how they interact and how to best stretch them without going too far and hurting my dog. I feel like my dog has a few more good years in her now that I know what we can and cannot do. I'm spending more quality time with my dog, working on her muscles so that we both enjoy a great quality of life longer together. Great investment for peace of mind and to help keep our furry babies longer in good health. Highly recommend for all dog lovers and owners.

This was Liam's third stay at the North York location, and it will be his last…read more On his first stay, I dropped off a healthy, clean dog and received an email the next day saying he had developed dried eye discharge, which staff had cleaned. I gave the benefit of the doubt. On his second stay, the same eye issue occurred again and was initially dismissed as dust. When I picked him up, his bark was strained and barely audible. I was told he had been barking while watching other dogs. After a few days of rest at home, his voice returned -- but it raised concerns about supervision and the environment. During his third stay, I was contacted and told he was limping while I was out of the country. Concerned, I arranged for my veterinary assistant to examine him the following morning. She confirmed there was nothing wrong with his back legs. He has always had a distinctive hop in his gait, which is not a new development. In addition, I have observed frequent staff turnover and a lack of organization. When I picked him up (after returning from Europe 14 days earlier), three staff members were sitting in the lobby on their phones. His belongings were returned in a disorganized manner, one coat was initially missing, and the bottom of his treat bag was damp. I also received a message stating that another dog was mounting him but that he "sets his boundaries well." As a paying client, I expect consistent supervision, cleanliness, and professionalism -- not reassurance that my small dog can manage situations himself. Repeated issues that only occur while he is in their care, combined with the lack of accountability and organization I have observed, have made it clear that this facility is not suited for my dog. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

On my last stay while I was traveling on business they alerted me that my dog was losing some weight and offered to add extra food to his meals, all at no cost. They keep you connected by sending you photos of your dog playing each week you are away. Speaking of which they pair your dog with another one and arrange playtime for them together during the day which is great for the dogs to burn energy and foster socialization skills. They offer a menu of care at a price which is only natural. You can choose to have your dog walked 1 to 3 times a day, 1 or 2 play dates, have it basically tucked in at bedtime with someone. In fact I have 2 trips planned this summer and have arranged to have my Golden there both times. Photos are available at their website.

This is a great facility, very new, clean and well organized along with reasonable prices. The owners are really nice and are both huge dog lovers and made us feel very comfortable. Both indoor and outdoor play areas are also a good size. They posted video and photos of our dogs enjoying play time with many other dogs and replied to any of our questions while we were away.
