We were picking up 3 bottles for a birthday, the gentleman there helped us pick them out he was very kind, we checked out separately, my bf was paying I was on my phone. We got some older chubby white lady and she freaked out on us right from that start she called me over in an aggressive tone and demanded my ID I told her I didn't have it on me, she freaked out screamed at us it was the law and ran to the back with the wine bottles, horrible experience tola us basically to get lost, all in the span of 2 minutes. Horrendous do not go here, I was absolutely speechless at how she treated us, she also started screaming if we were together she had not seen us together she simply assumed because we were both latinas, and was giving us dirty looks. Avoid this place at all costs, that woman is rude, unprofessional and should not be projecting her anger on customers.

She deserves everything she gets, and I certainly hope they pay her for her energy and talent. This review is about value. We each had a cocktail that cost $17. I'm used to paying a lot for good crafted cocktails and these were good. Still, that's on the high side for a cocktail in a place like this, a place that's not a dedicated Mixology place like it say, Violet Hour. We were also told when we came in that there would be a $10 cover charge for each of us. That's fine as well. What I can't understand is how our bill came to $87. Even with two $17 cocktails and two $10 cover charges and a 20% tip or service charge that is still high. What the hell? You may have a good time if you go to this place. But keep in mind, it will cost you. Likely much more than you think.

Your store, your vibe. I absolutely loved all the selections of every kind of liquor though, stuff you just don't see in your normal liquor store. That being said, I was entirely priced out for the most part except for the $17 wine I walked out with. I was greeted repeatedly, so much so, that it was actually a joke. So yeah good service. On three counts vibe, service, price, service was top. I can't say I would consider this again.

I obviously questioned why, pointed to the sign, and he couldn't give me a straight answer. He sounded like a fool. Might go do that every day from now on just to p.0 that guy because clearly he hates his job. Take down the sign or do your job. Smelled like he just smoked a fresh joint too. Hate people that get mad for having to do their job. I don't like to go spend money at an establishment that put you down for doing something they advertise.

The aisles are clearly labeled with what type of alcohol is in them, and they have an especially large wine selection as well, organized by type. They used to have one of my favorite roses here when nowhere else had it - it's since no longer carried here last I checked, which is tragic, but they have a lot of unique and high quality, yet reasonably priced, options that I've been able to switch to. There are even tons of mixers, snacks, and gift basket type paraphernalia available here by the checkouts, so it can be a one stop shop before you head to a party or stock up for a date night. Even their selection of local craft beers is more diverse than most other places I've tried - it's especially great around the holidays if you want to gift some local craft beer. I'm always recommending this place to people. I even needed help looking for something specific I was wandering around forever and unable to find, and they paged someone from the back to come out and help me find it on the shelves.

TLDR; staff and management are horrible (at least those working on 5/13/2026 at around 2-3pm)…read more Don't even bother going to shop there, let alone work there, they don't train you. My brother applied to work here and got the job. He gets there for his first shift on 5/13/2026 and management and the employees were immediately incredibly rude. They: 1. Put him in a cooler with no direction of what he was doing. 2. He asked if he could get his sweatshirt, they said "no we have a jacket for you." Not entirely stupid but still? They didn't immediately supply him with one while working in the cooler? 3. He looked at his phone for the time and to check if he had a ride home (he doesn't have a car), and was immediately told "you shouldn't be doing that" by what seems to be just a regular employee. 4. This regular employee got a manager and the manager asked if he even wanted to work there, and literally said "you should just quit now if it's a waste of time." He walked out rightfully so because what else do you even do in that situation? I'm sure there are good staff here, but the staff working this Wednesday were not good.
