They sent out a technician to check the system, and did not warn or disclaim there's a "hidden" service fee involved, and turned around that three months down the road, they decide to bill you for it. Worse yet, they didn't fix the system! Whereas most security companies would do a quarterly routine checkup, they did absolutely nothing to help make the building more secure. If anything they are the 'thieves' and 'burglars' ripping people off.
