Each contact was on time, thorough in explaining their services and the products, and very personable attitude. They were very conscientious both before, during, and after each day's work; being sure to completely clean up at every stage of the installation. They were quick to thoroughly answer any questions we might have and checked throughout the course of the job to make sure we were happy with the work we saw so far. Everyone involved with the job showed exceptional pride of workmanship, including photos to show the precision of their techniques even in places that wouldn't show except to anyone actually on the roof. We would heartily recommend this company of young, energetic and capable folks for roofing or any other task they might be doing for you.

And that was after I called them to start with, sent 5 photo's of the work to be done, and then 6 more phone calls to see when they could come by. Design Build Unlimited is everything we had hoped. Our home turned out beautifully. Billy took…read morethe ideas in our dreams, drew up beautiful plans from our sketches, and executed the build with excellence, honesty and integrity. We have never seen a home framed this well (and most of our subs said the same thing). This house is SOLID. This winter has proved just how solid it really is. Billy uses good materials and doesn't skimp on quality. Quality is definitely what we got from Design Build Unlimited -- in all areas. There are so many things we love about this builder. He allows you to dream and then works hard to give you that dream. He has great ideas -- ones you would have never thought of. He doesn't force those ideas on you but works WITH you. Billy makes things happen. He treats his subs well (that's important to us) and chooses subs which deliver a superb product. He is conscientious, dedicated and wants his homes to be like ones in which he would live. He honors the thoughts of his clients and will give you clear direction if you are uncertain. He won't leave things to chance. We all know it's expensive to build a home and Billy tries to help you find good, solid solutions for making everything work together in your budget. He stands behind his word.....absolutely. We didn't know the Huttos before we moved here. Now they feel like a part of our family. We've built a home once before and our experience was not like this one. It was very troubling, actually. That builder was dishonest. THIS experience was the way it should be with any builder. You won't have to worry about being cheated with this company. Our home was worth the wait. Covid brought many challenges during our build. Our builder weathered all of them and worked even harder. That's the sign of a good builder who CARES. He cares not only about the product he delivers but he cares about his clients. There is no other company I can more highly recommend than Design Build Unlimited. 200% satisfaction and more............ If you want a home built RIGHT, THIS is the company to call. We say this without any hesitation.
