We highly recommend for both stucco or roof work as we have good experience with both.

Frontier Log Homes completed our retirement home several months ago. After reading numerous…read morewarnings about the travails of working with a contractor to build your own home, we completed what we perceived to be adequate due diligence and began to work with the folks at Frontier Log Homes. We built the home from afar, as we were still living almost 800 miles away and tasked the folks at Frontier with completing our turnkey construction. They were with us every step of the way. Communication was always excellent, they crafted our house plans to meet our desires and our budget, and all the suggestions they made were perfect. We stayed within our financial means and they finished ahead of schedule! The final punch list at the end of construction was less than a page long and they quickly addressed all our concerns, to our total satisfaction. If you are anywhere remotely near Montrose, CO have these folks build your home, you won't be sorry!

Design Build Unlimited is everything we had hoped. Our home turned out beautifully. Billy took…read morethe ideas in our dreams, drew up beautiful plans from our sketches, and executed the build with excellence, honesty and integrity. We have never seen a home framed this well (and most of our subs said the same thing). This house is SOLID. This winter has proved just how solid it really is. Billy uses good materials and doesn't skimp on quality. Quality is definitely what we got from Design Build Unlimited -- in all areas. There are so many things we love about this builder. He allows you to dream and then works hard to give you that dream. He has great ideas -- ones you would have never thought of. He doesn't force those ideas on you but works WITH you. Billy makes things happen. He treats his subs well (that's important to us) and chooses subs which deliver a superb product. He is conscientious, dedicated and wants his homes to be like ones in which he would live. He honors the thoughts of his clients and will give you clear direction if you are uncertain. He won't leave things to chance. We all know it's expensive to build a home and Billy tries to help you find good, solid solutions for making everything work together in your budget. He stands behind his word.....absolutely. We didn't know the Huttos before we moved here. Now they feel like a part of our family. We've built a home once before and our experience was not like this one. It was very troubling, actually. That builder was dishonest. THIS experience was the way it should be with any builder. You won't have to worry about being cheated with this company. Our home was worth the wait. Covid brought many challenges during our build. Our builder weathered all of them and worked even harder. That's the sign of a good builder who CARES. He cares not only about the product he delivers but he cares about his clients. There is no other company I can more highly recommend than Design Build Unlimited. 200% satisfaction and more............ If you want a home built RIGHT, THIS is the company to call. We say this without any hesitation.
