Before I begin, the Nurse Practitioners and most physical therapists here are fantastic!…read more But I sat every day with my great grandmother and observed very untrained, careless CNAs avoid doing their job every single day. My great grandmother just had surgery, she has staples and an oozing scar. Every time her drainage got on her clothes and bed sheets they gave her disgusted looks and made her sit in it for HOURS before coming to change her bandages, clothes, or bedsheets. They even try to tell us she doesn't need it changed as it's obviously wet and the bed is obviously stained with blood and pus. CNAs would rather go eat and go on break than take 10 seconds to change her bedding! I asked them if they would like to lay in that bed. I didn't think so! CNAs are not legally allowed to change oxygen tubing or tanks because they are not properly trained, although if they are trained to do so, they are allowed. I do not know their training here but I know their CNAs are IMPROPERLY TRAINED. They would take her oxygen off and have her do things without it Bc they were too lazy to move her tubing to a portable tank. And when they did move her tubing to a portable tank, they didn't bother to check how many liters of oxygen she needed and gave her less or more of what she is prescribed. This could cause oxygen poisoning and KILL YOUR LOVED ONE. IF YOU COME HERE, keep an eye on the CNAs. They will do whatever they can to be lazy and avoid things. And it doesn't take much schooling to be a CNA. Do not trust that they always know what they are doing! Know YOUR facts, and correct them when they try to get away with things!

She has a passion for maternity patients and small babies but is well-versed in all areas of adjusting. Their facility is a little "contemporary" as all the tables are together and you can see and hear everyone being adjusted, there is no privacy but if you're OK with this it's a great place to get a quality adjustment. There are no private rooms here either, you sign a HIPA release to agree to open treatment. As I received my adjustment, an older gentleman sat and watched on the table next to me as he and the chiropractor chatted. Kids played loudly in the play space in the corner. The massage therapist employed there sat in the waiting space with his cell phone plugged into the wall and complained to the office manager about an expected client appointment being a few minutes late. Really? I'm new to the area but have had chiropractic care for 20 years. Chiropractors either have the intuitive feel for how much force is needed to adjust each segment of need in your frame or they don't. The male chiropractor practicing here does not. I can't say how his wife and co-practitioner does since I will not return to find out. Also, they billed my insurance for treatment I never received. They have been reported. What can I say positively about this place? The chiropractor was friendly. The best way to describe this place would be chiropractic "fast food", poor quality and not worth the money.
