His knowledge of all aspects of our project was extremely helpful. He was able to provide us, not only with great flooring, but also with excellent craftsmen for electrical and plumbing needs. I have to give a shout out to the installation crew, led by a gentleman named Minor. He was attentive to my needs, providing me with those "extras" that make the difference. His entire crew was neat, courteous, and attentive to detail. One more shout out to Rudolfo Orozsco who did some amazing electrical work. He made the impossible look matter of fact. My entire experience with Tampa Quality Flooring more than met my expectations, Thank you for all that you did!!!

We ordered everything shortly after Hurricane Milton and everything came in on time and they started work as expected. We have remodeled our 30 year old house pretty much from top to bottom now and I must say, of all the trade company's we have worked with, I do not recall a better experience overall from any of them. The owner Darrin came out and gave us a competitive quote (I got 5 total and they were in line with the lower of 2 others). You could tell from talking with him he is a strong believer in quality and has high standards. Maria in the office was fantastic, she is a very pleasant lady who handled all the paperwork and logistics flawlessly. The install team led by Dylan was amazing. The communication was really top notch. They showed up on time, he explained daily what they were doing, performed the work with expertise, covered our furniture when necessary for removing certain components, and they cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. When it came time for our inspection from the county, the inspector actually commented on how well the windows and slider were installed, and how good of quality the product was; He quoted the minimum ratings for Impact glass and highlighted how much more ours exceeded these minimums. He really sounded impressed which was pretty cool. This was so great to hear from someone who inspects windows every day, on the largest investment we have made in our home! All in all, I wish I could say all of this about every project we have had done on our home, as construction frequently is not a perfect process, but with Affordable Windows and Doors everything went great, and we were very happy with everything. I trust you will be in very good hand with them and fully recommend them.

Unfortunately, my experience with Caroline Contractors has been extremely disappointing…read more From my perspective, the communication was unprofessional, and simple questions often seemed to be treated as a bother rather than a normal part of a construction project. As a homeowner spending a substantial amount of money, I expected clear answers, transparency, and professional communication. That has not been my experience. Before entering into a contract with Caroline Contractors, or any contractor, I strongly recommend doing your own research. Check county court record websites, review licensing information, compare pricing with resources such as Homewyse, and consider having an attorney review the contract before signing. I wish I had done a deeper review before moving forward. My hope is that sharing my experience helps another homeowner make a more informed decision.

I hired Caroline Contractors to build a stand alone garage in Lutz. Quality and timeliness of…read moreconstruction were my main motivations. I was pleased with both the workflow and the quality of work. Todd Caroline managed the job personally and lined up each subcontractor to start the day after the preceding sub completed work. Then each county inspection was called in for the very next day after each sub completed work. No gaps. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work. Any little detail that I needed to be adjusted was taken care of promptly. The job started in December and was 100% complete in January. My job was a small one compared to the full size homes that Todd has built but it led me to conclude that if I was to build a large home, I would definitely contract with Todd Caroline to build it. Every day I use my garage now, I admire the craftsmanship that went in to building it. John Doyle Lutz, Florida

So this year I went back to them for several small jobs, including repairing 2 garage doors that didn't work. I submitted an order and 6/15/26 received a cost of $400. Second garage door was a bracket in door fold that had broken loose from door. He replaced three brackets, just to make sure. Door holding great since then.
