I telephoned in a panic after being kept up all night by our six year old son who is suffering from a broken tooth. After repeatedly calling his current (other) dentist and being sent to voicemail several times, I decided to check my options. The receptionist was a real live person who was courteous and actually concerned for the well-being of my son. She was able to get him in immediately and we are currently awaiting our appointment. She even offered to request his x-rays so that I did not have to go through that process again. I will update this review after the appointment and tooth extraction. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this be a positive experience for my son.

Dr. Taormina is , in my opinion as a Physician, one of the brightest Dental Physicians I have ever met. He is the consummate professional with a true passion for his work. His work per se is nothing short of brilliant and he strives for perfection every time he sees you. He us a caring , knowledgeable expert who is on top of his field as his incredible professional staff . Carla is amazing and she has found problems that would have been missed had it not been for her meticulous exam. Recently, Carla discovered a problem that needed attention and it was resolved quickly. Dr. Greg himself saved a tooth that 2 Specialists felt should be extracted!! I had faith in his ability and intelligence and as usual his instincts were correct. I have spent my life dedicated to my Profession of Dermatology. I strive to be the best I can be and I can truly say that in Greg I have found a kindred spirit. How fortunate we are in Bethlehem to have this great practice in our community!

Two days ago this practice told my wife and I that the 1st available appointment was in October. I…read morementioned I was a previous patient 9 years ago, before I moved to Florida. When we were going to leave they suddenly had appointments the next day for me and two days later for my wife. Okay! I was to have a wisdom tooth pulled before leaving Florida by my dentist at Gulf Coast Smiles. I needed a new filling and a deep cleaning too. Broad Street Dental is sending me to a periodontist for the cleaning because their Hygienist is busy till October, 2019 with cleanings. Really?? Their sending me to an oral surgeon to pull a wisdom tooth??? Really? My dentist in Florida was willing to pull it no oral surgeon needed. When I asked the doctor why I need an oral surgeon, she said maybe he is more experienced. Really? I was with my wife for her visit. While waiting for her in their office - on the referrals, I asked if they are, "In Network" referrals. They said they didn't know, I should call them and if not in network, they will provide another referral. Really? Why didn't they find out if referral was , "In Network", before dishing them out. There are 2-4 people behind the counter gabbing, yet they don't have the time to provide, "In Network", referrals. Really? After I said okay, they made the calls for me. After going to an Oral Surgeon for Wisdom Extraction, and a Periodontist for the cleaning, I can then go back for the new filling. The feeling (which is important) is that they are so busy and so overbooked, their doing us a favor taking us as clients. Really?
