Dr. Harwood assured me it wouldn't happen again and sure enough it did. As a single mother I cannot afford to take off several days of work b/c they simply can't diagnose children correctly. They just want money. I would never recommend this Dr. or his facility. We had the same pediatrician for 11 years back in my old state and never once had a problem. Not once. I LOVED them, if only there were more pediatricians and nurses that cared like they did. It's sad you have to search and search to find a good Dr that doesn't just want your money and who will actually TREAT a sick child. Definitely look elsewhere for a GOOD AND CARING pediatrician. The 5 stars on google I am sure are fake/paid reviews. I will be taking my children to a *real* pediatrician who cares about his patients, and who hires caring staff who aren't rude every time you walk in the door. Even my 11 year old heard her being rude to an elderly lady who walked in for an appointment and said she felt bad for the elderly lady. Sad. While I am not always able to get in with Dr. Richardson because of her busy schedule, Kristyn fits the bill. She is SO SWEET! SO CARING! AND COMPASSIONATE! She has all of the ingredients of a perfect medical professional. She takes the time to make sure that she listens to her patient concerns which is a rarity these days. The medical professional Industry is not what it used to be. I had my yearly exam today and was greeted by Gabrielle. I experienced an issue that had nothing to do with the clinic but had something to do with me personally. Gabrielle went above and beyond to fix the issue and made my life so much easier today. Excellent Customer Service skills she displayed and she showed me that my problem was important. The entire office staff got involved to resolve of my issue. After being sick for over a year I switch FP's to Dr. Roberts through a recommendation from a friend. Dr. Roberts probably saved my life. He my the first diagnosis or concern that I had cancer. At age 35 it was a long shot but based on all the information he gathered from me and testing he set me up the next day with a specialist. I was diagnosed 2 days later and had tumor removal a week later. It was a roller coaster ride but I owe so much to this great Doctor. He is one of the few Doctors out there that go the extra mile and ask tons of questions to get a full picture of what is going one. He's staff is just as great!
