Dr. CLINT HUTCHINSON is the best women's health physician I've ever heard of. Yes, "ever heard of"…read more Now let me clarify that. ... I've been a health care professional for over 25 years so I don't have to be at the bedside to understand what an excellent physician is when I hear one. Dr. Hutchinson took care of my little sister, 35, when the health care system itself failed her with missed diagnoses, adverse treatment strategies and a blatant regard for money. (She had been laid off). Her situation was one that needed to be attended to urgently and Dr. Hutchinson's professionalism, humanitarianism and all around "good guy-ism" removed all the obstacles that stood in the way of my sister getting the medical attention she so desperately needed. Also adding to this credit is the fact that my sister is not an easy sale by any means, but Dr. Hutchinson's bedside manner and genuine desire to care for his patients won her over and me as well. I live in California, but if I ever need any such medical attention, I am making a " B" line for 9500 Kanis Rd, Little Rock, AR for the office of Dr. Clint Hutchinson.

Dr. Osleber is a great doctor. My daughter absolutely loves her for ob/gyn care (pregnancy) and…read moreshe's received rave reviews from other women we know. Unfortunately, her staff is confused about which type of QualChoice insurance they accept. If it's not employer provided - even though Dr. Osleber is listed as a QualChoice in-network provider - they will not accept your insurance. Another qualifier stated by the staff - if you purchased your coverage on the "exchange" as a result of the Affordable Care Act, they will not accept that either. This would seem to preclude not only those who qualify for Arkansas's "private option", but even the self-employed, or anyone whose employer doesn't offer insurance and they have purchased coverage on the national exchange. Very, very disappointing. I wasted three weeks waiting for an appointment and two hours completing the online patient questionnaire, only to discover I'm not covered. Even then, it was only confirmed by calling QualChoice as Dr. Osleber's staff couldn't elaborate on what constituted a policy bought on the "exchange". Not helping is the state of Arkansas leading citizens to believe private option coverage is the same as standard health insurance coverage when clearly, it isn't.

I lost my health insurance and needed to get my BC implant removed. I called and was quoted $209…read morefor the procedure to be paid upfront. That was OK so I made the appointment. Once there, I was again told the price was $209 and I paid that agreed upon price upfront and had the procedure done. Then, about 2 weeks later - I received a bill in the mail for an additional $115! What? The bill said the procedure was $324. A business should not be allowed to change their price AFTER the procedure was paid for and completed! No other business could get away with this.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE BY ALL MEANS. THEY DO NOT ADVOCATE FOR PATIENT SAFETY!!!!!…read moreThe providers are so busy that they forget about their patients medical needs. Dr. Amy Galdamez neglected patient care by not removing my IUD over a month it being expired. It should have been removed on my annual and wasn't. I had to make a second appointment and received a second billing statement. This second appointment was not necessary. Insurance could have paid for majority of this on the FIRST APPOINTMENT. Donnie Curtis, the clinic manger told me nothing could be done about the bill or situation and that I was at fault. Here at this clinic apparently patients have to remind the doctors how to do their job. The manager brushes patients concerns over and minimally care. Reasons not to go here: 1. When calling you will have difficulty getting through to them. I have had to call over 10+ times to get through. Donnie Curtis has admitted himself that they had "issues with their phone lines." No you have issues with your staff. When you do get a chance to be on hold, you possibly might get hung up on. 2. When you have a scheduled appointment, expect to not be seen 30 minutes to an hour later. Luckily I didn't have kids to pick up from school and was off. 3. The doctors will forget your medical plan. They forgot to remove my IUD for over a month and was in significant PAIN and BLEEDING. 4. Billing is hardly available. To discuss my situation I was able to get through to them ONCE. Other times I was on hold and as mentioned, hung up on. Other times the staff member wasn't even there. Was told "Oh that person isn't here." .....Umm, ok??? 5. It takes a while to get any issues resolved. (If a resolution will even be reached) They do not want to take responsibility for their errors as PROFESSIONALS. I have been a patient here for several years and refuse to recommend this place to anyone. These people just come here to work and collect a check. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS LIKE THEY SHOULD. THESE ARE DOCTORS??????? PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

I am heartbroken by this failure of a system…read more I am currently finishing off my 10th week of my first pregnancy. I was diagnosed with covid on the 27th of December but had symptoms starting on the 24th (the same day I found out I was pregnant). I quarantined the full 14 days that the health department told me I needed to from the date I started experiencing symptoms. According to the health department I was done quarantining on January 4th. The 4th is when I scheduled my appointment with Doctor Renee McGraw. The soonest I could get in was Friday the 14th of January. In the meantime, I have stopped experiencing pregnancy symptoms. I am severely worried I might have had a silent miscarry. It is now the 13th, the day before my appointment that I have been clinging to for last 10 days waiting to make sure my baby still has a heartbeat inside of me. I got a call this morning letting me know that my appointment has been changed and that they will absolutely not see me because of their 21 day covid policy -- that is 21 days since you have tested positive you cannot receive care from these people... I have explained to the (really rude) customer service agents that I fear that I have miscarried and that I need to see the doctor. I took a covid test last night and have come back negative. EVEN THOUGH I AM IN SERIOUS NEED OF CARE THEY HAVE REFUSED TO SEE ME. My partner and I took off work for this appointment and had to move so much around just to get into this appointment, which they have haphazardly canceled and rescheduled a random new appointment time for us. We are both excited and also scared. We have been counting down the days until we get to see our baby for the first time and confirm that he/she is healthy and well... But again, because I got covid 3 weeks ago, they will under no circumstance see me. I am being denied care that I REALLY NEED. THIS PLACE IS A FAILURE. YOU ARE MEANT TO HELP PEOPLE, BUT YOU TREAT THEM LIKE THEY ARE LUCKY TO BE ABLE TO GET IN TO SEE YOU.. LIKE IT IS THE CUSTOMERS PRIVILEGE TO BE TREATED BY YOU. DON'T GO HERE. AND DO BETTER. You people make me so discouraged in the whole medical system in America. YOU are what is wrong with the American Health Care System. SO INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED IN YOU ALL.
