Dr. Jared Dixon at FPA saved my life when cancer came to visit. The Women's Clinic in Benton failed to act in spite of numerous calls and one hour after a call to Dr. Dixon asking for help with the anxiety, UAMS had called me and the ball was rolling. I will be 10 years clear this June 2026 thanks to Dr. Dixon and his compassion. He knew who to contact, exactly who I needed, and took the appropriate action when I called him. I will always trust him with my life, always. One of my main requirements for any medical professional in my life, human or animal, is that they be able and willing to listen. They don't have to agree but they do have to listen. Dr. Dixon is the very best human doctor I've met at listening to me. He actively listens and responds clearly and kindly. I have no doubt whatsoever that Dr. Dixon is the best GP in Saline Co. bar none. read more

Jared Dixon is a take 2 aspirin and call me in the morning. He is not a proactive doctor at all. He will wait until a problem is almost out of hand before deciding something is wrong and deciding on a course of action. He was my primary care physician but I used specialist for anything other than a refill of ambien. Don't waste your time with this doctor. read more

This is the best group of doctors. They always seem to care and listen to my concerns. Best part, I have never had to wait more than 24 hours to get in. The last two times, I was able to be seen the same day I called to schedule. read more

Stay far away from Jared Dixon. He Failed to find my kidney stones after 2 visits of complaining of kidney stone symptoms. Had blood in urine but wrote it off as dehydration. 1 month later ER visit confirmed suspicion of kidney stones. Once this was brought to his attention he discharged me as a patient as if it was MY fault. Shameful. read more

No problem with the Dr's at all . It's the lack of I guess what knowing what to do at check in and check out time . And having some lady on the phone in billing that actually giggled . So the 2 stars are for the lady checking me in and out on a Saturday , for apparently not knowing what she was supposed to do. And also to the giggling billing lady tells me almost a month later when I recieved a bill in the mail for $59 due . That the other woman was to at check in to charge me $56 then at check out charge the remaining balance Up on arrival I told her who I was , she asked if I had insurance . I told her no insurance , self pay . Tells me to have a seat . Then after seeing the Dr , I go to check out . Same woman she tells me my balance is $56 . I have cash pay her . I like anyone else would think that balance would mean total balance . No test were done just Dr looked at me sent prescriptions to Walgreen's for me that was it . So I get a bill today , balance owed $59 . I call and unfortunately I didn't not get the name of the lady in billing . And when I told her that you mean now I owe $59 , she giggles and said yes . Just plan rude and unprofessional ! If i go back there which I have been going there for many years . You bet I am going to ask them are you sure that is my total balance and you can bet I am going to make the give me a receipt saying paid in full . That day I didn't see my regular doctor so when she said $56 , I do remember saying is that all . And i thought well i guess Dr watson was being easy on me since I was self pay , had no insurance .
