Dr Patricia Mcgarry should not be allowed to administer services as crucial and delicate as medical care. We filled out all her paperwork (btw she won't see patients if they have Medicare or Medicaid that's the reason she previews applications) she accepts our private Ins. We secured the appt 5 days prior, on the day and time of my wife's appt she refused to see her , the doctor was in the office , she was seeing patients . But opted to not honor her obligation or exercise her oath that day. It is my firm belief that too many other motivations come before patient care with this person. Worse still she didn't even come to see us to personally give us her reason for not fulfilling the appt. Rather she hid behind her office staff and made those poor women take the blame. NEXT UP IS A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO THE AMA American medical association. Today she lost 3 customers , not good busines

After being sick for over a year I switch FP's to Dr. Roberts through a recommendation from a friend. Dr. Roberts probably saved my life. He my the first diagnosis or concern that I had cancer. At age 35 it was a long shot but based on all the information he gathered from me and testing he set me up the next day with a specialist. I was diagnosed 2 days later and had tumor removal a week later. It was a roller coaster ride but I owe so much to this great Doctor. He is one of the few Doctors out there that go the extra mile and ask tons of questions to get a full picture of what is going one. He's staff is just as great! On a score of 1-10 I would score them at 12!

When she came back on (neither interaction had any friendly helpful undertone) I said I was seeking a second opinion with Dr Marks. She said you're not a current patient? I said no- and she responded with Dr Marks is not accepting new patients at this time." Then i said oh- ok. And she hung up. Ok- the directory that had his current reviews that were very positive said he was accepting patients. At least a bit more of a friendly receptionist might have given me reason to call back in the future or if you are taking contact information for a waiting list for in the future that would be great. But nothing other than that was said. Pretty disappointed at that experience and will not return to inquire any further information.

Not to mention, I surely don't want to take my child somewhere where they misdiagnosed him. I took my son in KNOWING he was sick, as a mother of 3 for 11 years, I took my 7 year old in knowing he was sick, and the on call doctor said he wasn't. I told him, yes, he is sick, and I don't want to have to drive 30 min back in two days when Dr. Harwood gets back. Sure enough I had to take him back. Dr. Harwood assured me it wouldn't happen again and sure enough it did. As a single mother I cannot afford to take off several days of work b/c they simply can't diagnose children correctly. They just want money. I would never recommend this Dr. or his facility. We had the same pediatrician for 11 years back in my old state and never once had a problem. Not once. I LOVED them, if only there were more pediatricians and nurses that cared like they did. It's sad you have to search and search to find a good Dr that doesn't just want your money and who will actually TREAT a sick child. Definitely look elsewhere for a GOOD AND CARING pediatrician. The 5 stars on google I am sure are fake/paid reviews. I will be taking my children to a *real* pediatrician who cares about his patients, and who hires caring staff who aren't rude every time you walk in the door. Even my 11 year old heard her being rude to an elderly lady who walked in for an appointment and said she felt bad for the elderly lady. Sad. Please search and go elsewhere, this place is a joke for a pediatrician's office.
