5/21/2026: Extremely frustrating and misleading scheduling experience…read more I spent two days obtaining a referral specifically for Dr. David Kiken after being told by the office that this was required before scheduling. After the referral was sent, the office repeatedly placed me on hold, collected all of my insurance and personal information, and only then informed me that I would not be permitted to see Dr. Kiken at all -- only a PA. This information should have been disclosed from the beginning instead of wasting patients' time and effort. The front desk staff was also very rude and dismissive. When I politely questioned why my referral specifically named Dr. Kiken but I was being denied an appointment with him, the call was disconnected. Very disappointing experience.

As soon as I walked into Dr. Smith's office I was greeted with a few smiles and immediately felt…read morecomfortable. I was pretty anxious, as I was there for a consultation for minor earlobe surgery. My earlobe was extremely stretched out due to wearing heavy stud earrings, and would've eventually split. Thankfully Dr. Smith was there to repair it before it got to that point. I scheduled my minor surgery after the holidays, and before I knew it, it was all done. I was in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes. Dr. Smith was honest from the beginning about when to expect pain (very minor!) and how long it'll be for my ear to fully heal. He scheduled follow up appointments with me to ensure my ear was healing well, and even offered for me to come back if I had any questions after my last follow up appointment. My ear is almost completely healed and there's no scar in sight! It was an honor to meet Dr. Smith and his staff and I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, smart, welcoming surgeon. Thank you Dr. Smith!

This is a little yucky to review on yelp, but I am so happy whatever. I've had plantar warts for such a long time---I'm a runner so I think they were really deep in my foot. I tried so many treatments-freezing, garlic, duct tape, but the only thing that worked was Bleomycin, which my dermatologist sent me to them for since she didn't do it. It's a bit of a pain since you have to go back to multiple treatments, but I kept up with it and I am finally rid of them. Dr. Ratner and Dr. Tang and the entire staff there is great--I've had both of them give me the shots. They are so nice, truly care and prepare you/hand-hold you through everything so I'm pretty surprised about the other reviewer's experience with Bleomycin at their office, I mean, it's painful but I expected it! I could run the next day too, since I was training for a half-marathon. The only downside is that sometimes there can be a wait, but it doesn't bother me because I know they are popular and I'll be well taken care of.

The nursing and office staff are also professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have been to many dermatologists and found them perfunctory and less than personable. My experiences with Dr. Cerbone have been the exact opposite. I have had serious dermatological issues and am so grateful to have received the excellent care I have with Dr. Cerbone's practice. He remains current in his profession, is prudent in his recommendations, but not without creativity and patient lifestyle considerations in his care plans. It is unfortunate this other reviewer had the experience noted. I hope she gives the practice another shot. I travel more than 20 miles to see Dr. Cerbone and would happily make it 50 if he were to move his office.

I've been coming to this practice for a number of years. Dr. Prioleau is kindly, experienced, and…read morerespected. It's almost impossible to get an appointment with him, so plan well in advance. Recently, Dr. Anetta Reszko joined the practice. Although I've only seen her once, she seems just as pleasant and quite a bit younger. Her schedule is much more flexible. The same things bug me at every visit: * The staff are just not friendly or even very nice. Once, I was berated by an assistant because I asked for extra bandaids days after a mole removal. ("You're not supposed to take the bandage off!" I was told over and over, although I tried to explain that it had come off by itself.) * Although the doctors are nice and seem to do a thorough job, they both take less than 10 minutes for an annual skin check--and then they're GONE. It's like unless I'm having some exotic procedure, they don't want to waste an extra minute with me. (The funny thing is, I would probably consider an exotic procedure if there was ever an opening to discuss it.) At my latest visit, I was essentially naked and barely sitting up when the doctor shook my hand and left. It felt like the worst date ever. * The cost. It's mind-boggling. $450 for a skin check. In the course of writing this review, I realized that I have to find a new dermatologist. If you think I can do better elsewhere, let me know.
