The patisserie is located at the far end of the Solaire food court and offers all manner of baked foods, icecream, coffee and tea.
It's one of the cheaper options in the food court, with most baked items not going higher than 140 pesoss, and the icecream is at 90 pesos for a single scoop (a bit expensive, isn't it? But then again, we are in a resort and casino).
My favorites include their cookies (if you've eaten a French Baker cookie, it nearly tastes the same. And is also the same size! Curious...) and their muffins, especially their blueberry ones and the ube macapuno ones. Even though I'm not a big fan of the actual ube macapuno, I like this muffin because it's not as sweet, but still retains that distinct filipino dessert flavor.
But while the patisserie is cheap, if you want to avoid the hassle and the noise of going to a food court, I would recommend that you go to Oasis (which is located in the Sky Tower), instead. The baked goods and desserts are nearly at the same price, you get waiter service (instead of having to line up), and you're surrounded by plants. Far more picturesque. read more
