This place is hands down one of the best dispensaries I've ever been to! From the moment you pull into the well-lit, gated parking lot off of Hatch Road, you feel safe and welcomed. They've even got a wheelchair-accessible entrance, which shows they really care about being inclusive. The check-in process was a breeze, with three friendly ladies at the front making everything quick and efficient. The security guard was amazing too--he was so kind, even opening the door for me to come in. Once inside, the vibe is unbeatable. Great music sets the tone, and the graffiti art on the walls is just awesome--it makes the whole place feel fun and inviting. The budtenders are super friendly and genuinely take the time to ask how your day is going, which is such a nice touch. The best part? The line moves fast because they actually have enough budtenders working--something a lot of places could learn from. Add to that their great prices and the overall chill, laid-back atmosphere, and you've got yourself a dispensary that's a total winner. I very much enjoy the positive atmosphere at P.C.F. They cater to every kind of patient and or customer. They have the best security in town and I have built a very positive friendship with one of the guys outside, which in turn makes me more comfortable sending over friends and family. They have good parking, I've never had a problem parking unlike most dispensers. The last time I came to the store, on Tuesday, I was helped by a young man named Michael. I was planning on purchasing a cartridge and an 8th of outdoor...Hard times yo. Anyway homeboy was like we got this greenhouse for a little more, witch is a step above O.D. Idk what the fuck everyone is trippin' on in these reviews. Have y'all been to any other club in the valley with half of the stuff they do? No you haven't. I frequent Santa Rosa and Los Angeles and I will be the first to say PCF can hold their ground as far as quality goes. Staff is super nice, informative. I've had nothing but good experiences here.
