My wife also had Caitlin cancel on her last minute prior to my experience, but on a different date was charged full price when she had to cancel on Caitlin. You can't cancel on her, but she can cancel on you. I wouldn't trust this business, and certainly wouldn't prepay. I gave two stars because the one massage my wife received from Caitlin was helpful for an issue with her neck.

While I wouldn't describe the environment as overly professional, the majority of the girls have never been inappropriate or made me uncomfortable. That said, the newer girls have been a major letdown. One of the newer therapists is simply not good at deep tissue, and the person who worked on me yesterday (12/15/2025 around 4:00 pm) was completely unacceptable. Her behavior was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. She repeatedly touched and very obviously purposefully brushed inappropriate areas. Underwear is left on for a reason. I was clearly uncomfortable and tried to signal that by repeatedly moving away and pulling the sheet down, but she did not stop. The entire experience felt creepy and unsettling. It honestly felt like she was fishing for more money, which makes it even worse. I genuinely hope management addresses this and that she is fired. If I return anytime soon, I will absolutely be refusing her services if she is there. This experience was a real shame because this place has usually been excellent, and I never expected something like this to happen here.
