Dr. Chan clearly loves his work and genuinely cares about his patients, which is not so common these days. His nurse practitioner is wonderful too, communicating in a respectful way. They listen to you and take your concerns seriously. The medical assistants I met were all friendly and helpful, and the clinic itself was clean and tidy. Would give 0 stars if possible. I was assigned this office based off of where I live with my insurance. I needed a referral to a dermatologist so I can get back on my medication I need for my psoriasis. It took a week for the doctor to get me the referral, and when I called the dermatologist they said they hadn't received the referral yet and couldn't schedule me without it. I tried calling the doctors office and no one answered the phone for 10 minutes after repeatedly dialing numerous extensions. Someone finally answered and they said they would fax it over again. It's extremely frustrating not having my concerns met or even having someone answer the phone. I understand it may not be the staffs fault, but whoever is managing needs to better focus their attention on having phones answered. If staff is too busy, you need someone who's job is to purely filter in phone calls being received. read more

I've been a patient here for over 7 years and I have only very positive things to say about Dr Greblya and her staff, especially Judy!!! Dr Greblya is by far the best physician I have ever had. She is kind and compassionate on top of her medical knowledge. Every referral to a specialist that I have received from Dr Greblya were all to great physicians as well. Also, in the few times over the years that I've been sick and been seen by 2 other physicians at the practice, I had really positive experiences as well. I highly recommend this group! Yes this is 7955 Westminster Blvd in Westminster. So bad not even close to ok. Jack dzung Nguyen n.p. referred 2 wrong things, had to beg for pain medicine after seeing me crying in there, the assistant is complaining about fixing the referral after she hears what the imaging says about getting it done within 48 hours cause its life threatening.. she tells me she could fix it today but she's not going to because I was rude to god only knows who because i know i never was... They have hearing problems. O and the other doctors at other places complain about dealing with this place. Horrible treatment! Numerous HIPAA violations and even had a child of a MA eating off a tray that my blood had just been taken from, next to my urine sample!! My BP was sky high, and when the Dr was asked if it should be retaken, her response was, "No, it'll still be too high" and had me leave. read more

It's unfortunate the doctor may not be the problem, but the two ladies in the front were chit chatting the whole time and were extremely rude and unprofessional. There is no organization, a girl who walked in had been sitting for over an hour waiting and another walk in who just arrived was helped before her. I was hired by a dealership & went for a drug test twice because they messed up the 1st time causing a delay on my job . So I went in a second time already for a drug test again & yet another time they fuck up the test ! Now i have to go again for the 3rd time !! I drove my friend there for a drug test and this place took forever. Never have I ever waited so long for someone to make someone else pee in a cup. Absolutely ridiculous. They even took someone else before after waiting an hour they don't even honor the waitlist order. Would not recommend coming here and Toyota needs to find a new place to refer their employees to. Awful. If you have blue shield please change your doctor right away. The girls at the front desk desk don't care plus they are closed from 12-2pm for lunch so you can never get ahold of them. They will also mail confidential medial records to your house. Choose hoag medical group if you have blue shield HMO. read more

This was a strange experience for me. I was looking for a new primary care doctor and I found great reviews for Dr Greblya online, so I made an appointment to see her even though her next availability wasn't for a couple of months. When the date rolled around, I arrived a few minutes early. Dr Greblya didn't see me until almost an hour after my appointment time, but I'm used to doctors being late - I understand when booking an afternoon appointment that they'll often be running behind by then. Dr Greblya walked in, introduced herself and the first thing she says is "you can take your mask off" and kinda shrugged when I opted to keep mine on (she was wearing a face shield, but not a mask). This was weird to me from a doctor since we still have rising COVID numbers, but I understand that not everyone views COVID the same way. Okay. Moving on. I explained that I had no current issues but just wanted to get established with her as my new doctor. We went to refill my prescriptions and Dr Greblya asked how long I've been taking my low dose of Prozac. I said, oh gosh, over ten years. She immediately responded "isn't it time to get off it?" That's when I knew this wasn't the right doctor for me. I understand that she's from an older generation that maybe views mental health differently, but she didn't ask any questions to find out my background, diagnosis or why I take an antidepressant - just suggested that I didn't need it, without ANY information. I don't really even have words to explain how problematic that is in so many ways. I won't be returning. read more

I found a lump in my breast....looking at the big "C" and get nothing but uncaring, rude and unprofessional treatment from staff. When I called about results of biopsy I was told "Well no news is good news, right?" uh, NO! When I was called about a surgical consult before I even received the results of my biopsy I said "but I haven't even received the results of the biopsy yet" the response I received was, "Do you want this information on not?". I can't even begin to explain how stressed out I am about this entire situation without being spoke to like I am a piece of trash they are trying to scrape off their shoe. Jane at the front desk was extremely rude and treated me like I was a child. I over heard her on the telephone with other patients being rude, rushing through complicated information and becoming short and mean when asked to clarify. She doesn't have to put on a show but some kindness and compassion from behind her fashion forward eye glasses would be appreciated. I love my doctor but I certainly wish these front desk employees were nicer to the patients and guests. They also speak in Spanish hoping you can't understand them while they talk badly about patients. Really sad. read more

THE NURSE on the phone said she would be requesting all my documents all I needed to do was come on down Friday. 4:15 was my appointment time. I show up at 3:50 waiting to be seen, only for the nurse to tell me the doctor is running late and she wouldn't be there until 5 which was weird because they literally close at 5 why would you make me waist my time and money to not even be taken care of the slightest bit. They told me without my paperwork I wouldn't be seen until next week when I'm literally yellow and you can clearly see I need major assistance But they turned me away, they told me that they couldn't help me & doctor Aroma if I die it will be on you and all of your nurses fault ! You guys need to do better, your job is to HELP people instead you shut them awaY. . I never ever want to come here and I'm going to be filing a major complaint !!! 30 minutes... That's how long I waited, by myself in the lobby just to have someone--anyone, really--check my TB test results. I arrived when told, checked-in, signed-in, and even completed fully a crossword puzzle (I'm pretty good at word puzzles.) I even found time to read Pathway's three, scathing Yelp reviews. (A couple of those reviews, seriously, should be flagged. If read, you'll see why.) However, Pathway hasn't yet claimed the business, they may not even be aware of the reviews, and ultimately it may not even matter to them. (If Pathway finds time, they may flag them on their own.) So I finally approached the assistant working the front desk. I let her know that I can certainly come back the following day, as I hadn't the idea I would be sitting 30 minutes. She responded, saying that she was getting to me as soon as she "finished her paperwork." I would understand if I was to be waiting for a specialist, but it was she--SHE, the lady working the front desk; SHE, the one with so much paperwork that she couldn't take a minute out of her schedule to assist the lone patient in the lobby; SHE who would be the one to check my arm. And when she finally did (results negative, thank you), it took less than a minute to do so! She could have done this easily 29 minutes earlier! After double-checking with another assistant anyway and telling me I was fine, she made me a copy of my results, said goodbye, and I walked out the door. But that took 30 minutes! Pathway, you're earning your poor rating, and you know it. Your patients' patience is being tested, and rather than make accommodations, you're making excuses. Fix it! read more

This office has a high turnover of doctors. The doctors seem to leave every couple of years, then new doctors come in. This doesn't help the patient because you have to start all over again. The new doctors are usually stricter and less understanding. I liked Dr. Toufan Mehryan and Dr. Alicia Tokunaga. Both of them are gone now. read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would!! The girls at the front have the WORST attitude towards patients and each other-- SPECIFICALLY YVETTE. Let's start with the positives about this clinic: THAIRI was very friendly and professional. The doctor was quick and professional as well. .. now the cons: YVETTE has the worst attitude ever towards patients and colleagues. If Yvette had to assist me with my drug screening I feel as though I wouldn't be able to trust her and she would somehow find a way to alter my test so that I fail. That's how bad Yvette's attitude comes off. Not trustworthy at all with holding your results. That says A LOT. Anyways, back story to my poor review. When you get in they tell you "once you sign in you can't leave the building for any drinks or food". I obviously misheard the receptionist at the front (YVETTE). Before signing in I walked over to roasting waters for coffee and came back assuming i could drink it in waiting room 'cause technically I'm not leaving the building. I misheard her. I came back, signed in and girl #2 said I couldn't drink it whatsoever. I felt stupid on my end for not hearing Yvette correctly so I just said "aw man okay." YVETTE chimes in and says with great disdain in her voice "I tried telling you but you walked away so quick that I couldn't!" Again, I thought nothing of not being able to have a drink. Oh well. So I told her she needs to calm down it's not a big deal. Ooooohh, she came at me hard with "it's my job to tell you the rules so don't tell me to calm down!" YVETTE, I UNDERSTAND ITS YOUR JOB TO TELL ME THE RULES. HOWEVER, ITS YOUR JOB TO HAVE PROFESSIONALISM. In no way, shape or form is it acceptable for an employee to bark at a patient. There are nicer ways to talk to people. Maybe, if I was being a bitch and giving you attitude it would've been understandable, but I wasn't. My employer sent me and my colleagues here because it's the closest to our work place. Every one of us can vouch and say you're attitude is shit and your professionalism is nonexistent. Wish I could give it zero stars. I went here for a TB test (I work at a school). The nurse (?) who did the TB test pushed the needle under my skin 1-1/4" before injecting in the fluid. It hurt something terrible. (I posted a picture of it) When I complained, she dismissed me with a curt "you'll be fine." Made me so angry. I've had many TB tests and they don't hurt at all. I also have my 2 gallon pin from the Red Cross for my blood donations. So I'm not afraid of needles. Eithet she did not know how to do this correctly or she was intentionally being cruel. Absolute worse medical group I've ever been to. I have called three times today to get referral from Dr. Grebyla. Call 1 - I got a receptionist finally to answer after about 70 seconds and then was transferred to Grebyla's office where I was told I was 2nd in line - I was put on hold for 18 minutes before I hung up. Call 2 - I got a receptionist after about 90 seconds of just the phone ringing where then I was transferred to Grebyla's office. Once transferred the phone call went straight to an answering machine. Call 3 - Receptionist answered after 3 minutes of ringing and again transferred over to Grebyla's office. Once transferred the phone rang and rang...I waited 11 minutes before I finally gave up and hung up the phone All these calls were made during the hours they were open. Dr Mehryan has been my secondary physician throughout the course of the year while PA's were my primary, until six months ago. Dr Mehryan has treated me with respect and actually cares. He takes the time to explain things and shows a concern for my best interest.
