The seller asked what happened, and after I explained the situation, Chris responded with personal insults, calling me a liar, "a complete and total flake," "a pitiful excuse for a human being," and telling me to "get a life." I understand a seller may choose to decline a cancellation request. My review is about the abusive and unprofessional way this business communicated with me over a routine cancellation request.
