They gave me her card and said I could call her. They were very polite about it. I texted Ashley from my car and was informed that she unfortunately doesn't have access to LASHES & NAILS scheduling system and counts on them telling her when she has an appointment and that I was free to scheduled via her website. I had previously scheduled a week in advance and her calendar was now full for the next couple of days. Sunday wasn't even an option and Monday was booked. No idea what her vibe is other than "schedule on my website" even after I asked if she could fit me in today or tomorrow. First, Bea... she is incredibly professional, kind, and an ARTIST when it comes to injectables. I use Dysport and my lines had never been smoother, not my eyebrows as well arched. Then I met Taylor, who has been doing my photo facials. She is such a wonderful, warm person who does an incredible job targeting the dark spots, the broken veins, and the rosacea. After the first treatment, I finally felt confident enough to not have to wear makeup out of the house and by the second treatment, I swear she took 5 years off my face! These are the two women who have made a huge difference in my life, though from the front desk staff to the rest of the people that work in the office as well, in their specialty fields, I suspect that I'd be met with the same kindness, professionalism, and knowledge that they possess. If you want the best care and reasonable rates, definitely go to them and no one else.
