I can't rely 100% on my own limited experience. David Mitroff (the man in the picture) was extremely generous with his time over the phone. I told him abt a potentially risky sales contract I was considering. He took at least 20 minutes to go over with me how I can mitigate that risk and what I should do to prepare for negotiation. He did not have to do that. But he wanted to make sure I didn't get scr3w3d over. He didn't want to see me fail. For that reason, Piedmont Avenue will be the first place I come to once I'm ready for a deeper strategic conversation and more hands-on assistance. Will update once I have more to say. Thanks David!

We tried for 2 months to find a CPA that would do something really important: put us at ease and instill confidence that our tax return would be in good hands. We were just about to give up and file for an extension when a coworker recommended Summer Morris. I called her immediately, and upon talking to her I instantly knew that we had found that CPA. She was extremely professional, and her wealth of knowledge and experience was obvious. We set up a time on the spot and she gave us access to a secure portal where we could upload all of our documents in advance of our meeting. I really prefer that method, and it made our meeting go quickly and efficiently. In person, she is extremely pleasant to work with. She addressed any questions we had and did some rough calculations on the spot to estimate our tax liability...which put my wife and I very much at ease. On our short drive home, she had already emailed us some additional thoughts about our taxes; a rare level of service to get during tax season. Any time that I contacted her she immediately responded, regardless of whether or not it was outside of business hours. When we got our final return back from her, everything was absolutely perfect. I looked at every detail and could not find any errors whatsoever. There were many different forms and additional work done to lower our tax liability that I would never thought of or known about. Her knowledge and experience saved us a significant amount of money. We used a CPA team back in Los Angeles for many years, whom we were happy with at the time. After having just worked with Summer Morris, I realize now that our old CPA was not so great after all. It was a real pleasure to work with her, and the whole process was so easy, affordable and worry free. We were lucky to have found Summer, and will be going back to her every year from now on, no doubt about that.

It's quite challenging to sort through all the data that's out there--and even more challenging to write one's own ad copy. It's also not easy to find a good web person whose prices are in-line with what a self-employed therapist can afford. When I saw Tim's website, I knew I had the right guy. He did not disappoint. 1. I could tell he knew how to DO what I wanted to do: namely, communicate what I offer, so that it speaks to the needs and concerns of the SPECIFIC kinds of people I want to reach. 2. I could also tell, when I first met with him, that he appreciated both what I offer as a professional as well as my understanding of marketing and my writing skills. 3. He was able to help me get more crisp and impacting in my message--and clearer about my target market: my preferred customer(s). His feedback was always direct, respectful, and backed-up by his experience--making it easy to follow. 4. He also helped me find images and photos that would SHOW what I wanted to say--adding a ton more emotion than by just talking about it 5. He showed me exactly how I can maintain and improve my own site over time. 6. Finally, he created what I think is a thing of beauty. Don't you agree?
