One time the driver was very late arriving. Normally they arrive exactly as stated which is why my boyfriend called. The dispatcher flipped out on him saying things like, "calm down he will be there" etc. No apology or anything. Another time the cab driver offered assistance to another driver over the radio and the dispatcher got all snarky saying "I don't need another dispatcher" very rudely. You would think he would be glad they help each other out. There were probably only about two times that the dispatchers were semi pleasant. Not sure if it's always the same guy. I could almost see it if the cabbies themselves were unpleasant but they aren't. In our experience they have always been very nice.

Now the only way I can get something reliable is with Ronkonkoma Taxi and Airport Service. They aren't the fastest but they are the most reliable taxi company in the Ronkonkoma area. The fares are never the cheapest either but again, its reliable. If I'm in a pinch I'll call them because at least I know what I'm getting. Their airport shuttles on the other hand are spectacular. If I order a cab for 3am to get me to JFK Airport, it's Johnny on the spot and he's there 15 minutes early for my ride.

After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. Between the crowds, long lines, confusing areas, & all the construction happening throughout the airport, it was just a lot to deal w/. The renovations def made things even more hectic. There's construction going on throughout different parts of the airport, so getting around wasn't always easy. On top of that, I was really disappointed to see that the disability/accessibility line was the same as the regular line. If you have a disability, you're basically stuck waiting in the same long line as everyone else, which can be extremely difficult. This was honestly such a frustrating experience for me. I've flown out of plenty of airports & have never felt this overwhelmed by the process. JFK was just too chaotic for me, & unfortunately, I don't see myself flying out of here again.
