They did fix the leak, but they left the slop sink in place with the faucet still leaking, so the work was only partially completed, and they still insisted on upfront payment. To make things worse, the person on the phone was extremely rude and told me I "should have mentioned" that they'd have to wait for payment. Isn't that something the company should clarify in advance? Overall, a very unprofessional experience.

Craig Lewis is a good guy. and his popcorn ceiling removal was top rated...but the finish of the job is still to be done. He and his crew could have been 5 stars for the popcorn removal and fan installation. I paid him his full price - mistake, perhaps? But there's painting to be done that I assumed was included - and to be fair, wasn't in the contract. His electrician did a great job putting the fans up; but; -lights still not working in the downstairs bath -ceiling light in hall still not installed -upstairs fans were attached to the light switch....but now the ceiling lights only work when the fan is on; so I'm hoping he can fix that. I'll upgrade the rating if/when he fixes things. It's been a week since I cut him the final check. I'll post photos when the job is done.
