All the companies that showed up were very professional, but this company stood out from all of them. The difference was that Wade's bid included 2 coats of higher end paint, and all the others had defaulted out a bid of only 1 coat of lower grade paint. I liked how Wade knew what it would take to get the best results, and wasn't afraid to bid that out, instead of other companies that just seem to want to give you the lowest bid to win your business. UPDATE: there was a miscommunication and he was not hired to fix the leak, only patch the hole so I'm increasing the stars to 3, because he was still supposed to arrange a time and date to come back to finish the repair and after one attempt, never heard from him again.
