The agency owner and listing agent were pleasant and professional when I met them. They just don't seem interested in finding a property in my price range. Update - over six months later. I think I have received one email from them since I met with Andrea. I did contact another agent to look at a house in Otto and noticed that Andrea was a co listing agent yet never mentioned this property. Then I contacted third agent in Cashiers to look at a listing. He happened to be with Berkshire Hathaway as well. We drove 2 hours to meet at the property at the scheduled time and he never showed up. No cell service up there so we came back into town for lunch and called him. He was with another client and apparently forgot about our meeting. So I will have to give Berkshire Hathaway 1 star as 0 is not available.
