My Italian chocolate croissant was better than the ones we had just a few days ago in Paris.
We were served so kindly by the only waitress that speaks English since we unfortunately don't speak Italian and my Spanish only goes so far. She was lovely in helping us decide which of the lovely treats to choose from the lobster tail, American donuts, fruit tarts, filled treats of all kinds. Everything we chose tasted as good or better than it looked. Which can be hard to find. Not to sweet but full on flavor! Thanks so much Piero for bringing us here for a lovely breakfast, and if we didn't have to get onto a cruise boat we really would've stocked up Alessandro's place with such wonderful nibbles!
