Loved this gelateria in the main center of Ravenna! They had the Italian classics of course, but I made sure to go for a unique flavor along with Amarena (cherry). The "unique" flavor I went with was a chocolate with Smarties-like candy. I ordered a "piccola" but even though it was the smallest size, there portion was large! Rather than keep one flavor on one side of the cup and the other neatly pressed against it on the other side, they had the chocolate/Smarties flavor at the bottom and the amarena dolled out on top. Not my preference when it comes to how the ice cream is presented, but not a super major point to complain about! read more
