Our young daughter fell in love with their mini sugar donuts (ciambella). She ate 5 or 6 one day on multiple stops there! Prices are very reasonable. I enjoyed my cafe latte each afternoon, served in a tall glass. Wish I had one right now. Even my wife who is not a coffee lover enjoyed the cafe lattes.

I stopped in to get a quick bite one morning and there was nobody in the joint. You see this all over Italy, especially in the more rustic spots; door wide open during business hours and no workers to be found at all. Very perplexing. Anyway, after looking around for a few moments I realized they were having what sounded like a festive breakfast out back, so I walked past the counter and got the guys attention. He seemed pleased to see me, and not at all concerned that I was behind the counter or waiting in his establishment without being served. Ahhh, those Italians.
