Colombian empanada- traditional style with the beef mixed with potato inside. Mucho yum.
    Stephanie G.

My mom and I were cravinggg some empanadas, and we decided to Uber Eats it tonight from Pastelitos Chips- and I'm SO HAPPY that we did! Oohhhhmahgawd So, family rivalry- I prefer Venezuelan empanadas, she prefers Colombian- so we ordered both. The Venezuelan empanadas were TO DIE FOR- perfectly juicy and shredded meat inside- ugh so much yum. She adored her Colombian empanadas and thought they were delish (the beef was mixed with potatoes inside). The cilantro sauce that came with the empanadas was phenomenal. Every bite with a dip in the sauce... all of the thumbs up. We also ordered the tequeños with the guava and cheese- YUM. I suggest eating them while eating the empanadas... The balance of sweet and salty is amazing. We also got churros- I was concerned that they'd be a little soggy and chewy on their Uber Eats journey to my house... NOPE. They were perfectly crunchy and just right. So good. I will most definitely be satisfying my future empanada cravings again with Pastelitos Chips real soon! Everything was correct with my order- I couldn't be more satisfied!

This place is another little hidden gem in Kissimmee. For authentic Tequeños (which is cheese wrapped in a dough) this place is the place to go! Baked, not fried and homemade. Super delicious soft, creamy, flaky goodness. And they have a special sauce that comes with them that just makes them that much better! Small menu but everything is fresh and homemade. You can taste the difference. You can call ahead your order if you dont have time to wait. Very tiny spot. Can't dine in. To go only.

Tequeyoyo, tequeplatanos, pastelitos rellenos carne molida, pastelitos rellenos Jamón y queso. And dips!

My husband had the Peruvian shrimp with yellow rice, salad, and black beans. We were both raving about the taste while eating. They have a range of dishes from across Latin America, and lots of gluten free options. They aren't safe for celiacs though. They use a shared fryer. If you are super sensitive or have celiac, just beware of that. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Conveniently located in the theme parks area near Orlando. You should not miss this restaurant. Try something new if you've never tasted Latin American cuisine, or try it if you've grown up with it. You won't go wrong and you'll likely be back.

You order at a kiosk fast food style, but all of the food is then prepared freshly and authentically. They have a huge menu with all kinds of delicious Latin eats like sandwiches and platters. We absolutely loved our Cuban sammies which came on thick and sweet bread. My kids kept it simple with tenders and fries and also enjoyed! They have a big drink selection and you can find everything from juices to fresh cocktails. The biggest hit was their large indoor screened patio - perfect for my kids to run around. If you want to avoid fast food but also don't feel like taking your kids to a proper sit down restaurant than this is a really great option.

Ok this has to be my favorite restaurant in Orlando and I loved the food so much. Alfredo was my…read moreserver and he had the best recommendation and I loved it. The empanada came LOADED with shredded beef and this empanada didn't skimp out on quality. It tastes so good when you dip it with the green sauce and it was chef's kiss. I think this is the best empanada I ever had and when I tried other empanada, it doesn't even compare to this. I ordered another dish but I forgot the name and it's soo good. I was a little disappointed because the menu said pick 3 sides and I chose all beef. Alfredo didn't mention to me that there would be an additional charge for the beef. As a result, I had to pay an additional $10 which was very pricey and didn't find out until I received my bill and saw the charge. I didn't make any complaints because the employees seem not to speak English well and it's hard to be a foreigner trying to adapt to the culture and the language. But this is soo good and I can see why the reviews on yelp are all stellar.

I live close, so have come here quite a bit over the year…read more Pro- Just got renovated, so it looks pretty. The staff is nice, and the food is good. They also have lunch specials, which is nice. Cons- There is ALWAYS a weird perm smell when you go. It literally smells like someone is perming their hair, so not good. Another con is sometimes it takes long to get your food. And last but not least, I think their prices are not reasonable lately. Some of the prices do not match their menu, not sure when they raised their prices but I have never ever heard of a patacon costing almost $26 anywhere, and I frequent a lot of Venezuelan spots. Their name went from Q'Kenan restaurant to Q'Kenan Steakhouse so maybe now they just raised all the prices, I don't know. Their most expensive patacon on the menu is the one with Picańha and it says $17...yet I got charged 25.90. Regardless of how good something is, there shouldn't be a $9 difference from what is on the menu. That is absurd. On my last trip- $43 for an empanada, tequeńos and a patacon just doesn't sound right for Venezuelan food, and I come from living in Miami where restaurants are supposed to be more expensive. Add a tip and you're paying over $50 for street food. That's wild.

Food quality was mixed: The Combo #1 arepas masa arrived too hard and chicken and beef fillings too dry. Speaking of which, the sauces we paid for as add-ons were not included [we ordered 2 and received 0]. The empanadas masa was tasty, but filings were also dry - again, if the sauces we ordered would've come with our order, perhaps our review would be very different. The cachapas masa was waaaaay too sweet. With less sugar in the masa, they would've been perfect. The cheese was bomb - delicious. Tequeños were the best of our entire order - hard to mess up fried cheese sticks! "Steak and sausage were made for sauce" - verbatim comment from my husband about the Parrilla Mixta Venezolana. This restaurant has tons of potential - just make your meats with sauce and fill those bags of delivery orders to the brim with sauces (and utensils and napkins, pretty please?) and you're pretty much set for 5*!
