Recently, I order the Marsala Dinner and Fettuccine from Door Dash (my employer gave me a door dash gift card), and it was so delicious. The food arrived hot and so damn good! My son loved the fettuccine, and he is the pickiest eater. The Marsala was so flavorful and cooked absolutely perfect! I'm blown away that I can get a meal this good delivered to my doorstep. Go get yourself some, you won't be disappointed.

A plate full of dry spaghetti noodles, a few bits of purple onion on a TINY piece of boneless, skinless chicken that was so tough you had to use a serrated knife to cut it. ONLY $32!. This place has been going downhill in the last 6 mos. Or more... I complained about this awful meal. They comped the meal... but this didn't give their "new" waitress a license to act bitchy about it. It was THEIR choice to do so. I would have paid and left... and perhaps returned another day. But that options is off the table. We will go to Olive Garden from now on. At least you don''t feel ripped off and the staff are always very cordial. You've lost a lost a very good customer...

The vibe is this surprisingly great mix of Italian restaurant and sports bar - TVs with sports playing, full bar, but still serving legit, "worth-the-carbs" Italian food. Service was dialed in all night, too. Attentive without hovering, and our drinks never even thought about getting empty. We ordered the Fettuccini La Bella, Lasagna Campania, and garlic cheesy bread. Everything was delicious and served faster than expected - A PLUS. Great food, great service, and a relaxed vibe that makes it way too easy to stay longer than planned. Just pace yourself on the carbs (or don't, I didn't).

Everyone ordered a side salad, which was served with crisp lettuce mix, red onion, craisins, tomato, and the deadly cucumbers. The ranch dressing I had was creamy and smooth and very good. For dinner we had the Siciliana pizza, lasagna, the chicken wrap, and a create your own pizza with tomatoes, bell pepper, chicken, and a red sauce. Everyone in our party was quite pleased with what they ordered. I especially enjoyed my sausage, grilled onion, and cheese of my thin crust pizza. It was gooey and melted and just the way a pizza should be. The serving sizes were ample, and several take-home boxes were needed. Our server was fabulous. She came around just when needed and did not linger or interfere with our conversations. When the restaurant gets full, it can get quite noisy, but we were still able to hold our conversations and enjoy our evening. All in all, we had a lovely evening with satisfying and tasty meal selections alongside good company.

My wife had the Shrimp Scampi and I had the Shrimp Fettuccini Alfredo and we both rated our respective dinners as "excellent." The garlic rolls were hot and smothered with butter and were delicious! All of the food served is made from scratch and is homemade, including the Tiramisu desert. My wife is Russian, and she said that the Tiramisu desert is the best that she has ever tasted! All of the lunches and dinners are reasonably priced and are a good value for the money. I greatly appreciated that the check for the meal was presented to me for the "cash" price, and not the price with a credit card fee automatically embedded in the total, which I think is a very open and honest way to do business. The service was great, and the owner and his wife are very friendly. The atmosphere is very quiet and relaxed. Napoli's is also very clean, and tastefully decorated with a family-oriented vibe. There is plenty of room for parking any size of vehicle in the parking lot, which is an additional plus. It is definitely worth the drive to the north Richland area to experience this restaurant! Napoli's will definitely be on our list of repeat restaurant locations!!

The garlicky roll sized pieces of bread are dangerously good. So good you might not have room for dinner. Chicken parm is incredible. Don't order if you don't have room in your belly...or your fridge because it's HUGE. I heard that they may close at the end of May. Hopefully they find a new location because this is the best Italian restaurant in the Tri Cities. I kind of like that it's so far out. Makes it a hidden gem. If it was closer in, you might not be able to get a table!
