A great gluten free restaurant in the Tri-Cities. Southwest Chipotle Pasta: It has bell pepper, corn, black beans, and chipotle sauce with the pasta. Black and Bleu Burger: It has maple flavored bacon, hamburger, lettuce, tomato, blue cheese, and bun with ranch on the side to pour on the burger. Side Salad: The best part about the salad was the tomato's (they were fresh and very good!). You can choose your salad dressing. We got ranch. Spicy Garlic Mushrooms: There is minced roasted garlic, and red peppers on the mushrooms. Delicious, with a small kick of spice!

They only serve lunch and dinner, but the variety is great and the food is too. And unlike me, I usually have one of their various pastas. Had the crab Mac and cheese, and as usual with their dinners, I can get a couple more out of the take home. But you must remember, this is not a place to be judged by the exterior. Have the courage to drop in once. You won't regret it.

I loved how fresh the bread is. Dipping it into the vinaigrette is absolutely heavenly! The flavor is to die for! Next up is the Mozzarella and Tomato Caprese Dinner. The basil flavor stuck out and blended so well with the mozzarella and fresh tomatoes. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a basil garden in the kitchen. So fresh! The smoked salmon capellini is the best smoked salmon I've ever had in my life! The pasta is cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious! So creamy! Wow! The Tiramisu was such an amazing Italian cake! First time ever having it. The cake has a unique texture. Very moist from the liquid soaking through it. The chocolate on it was amazing!

Have the servers come take our order at the table, bring water and forks. The quality, price and atmosphere suggests you have a high class restaurant so ordering like McDonald's or Taco Bell is ridiculous. 2. If you don't serve us, don't ask for a tip. No service, no tip. It's uncomfortable saying zero on the iPad when I'm ordering before I receive my food. 3. Don't charge for coffee refills. Soda is free but coffee is not? With that being said, this is my favorite pizza. With a few changes, it would be a perfect dining experience.
