I find it difficult to find a place where I can get a decent plate of pasta at an affordable price. I tried scouring Mendiola to find what I was looking for and the closest I ever got what Jollibee or McDonalds. My prayers were answered one day when I found what I was looking for at my own school's canteen.
The canteen at San Beda has this small pasta place that I just really love for its value. I spend thirty pesos and I get a plate of pasta. Meat, carbonara, pesto, cheese, spicy asian and pomodoro are the different flavors on their menu. You'll get your pasta and half a slice of garlic bread.
The sauce may not be out of this world, but considering the price I can say with great confidence that it's excellent value for money. Heck, there are times when I even place to orders since I know one won't be enough to satisfy my cravings. read more
