The crust was thin, crispy edges, perfect for rolling without falling apart, and the toppings tasted so fresh and balanced. Service was warm and quick even though it was packed, and the open kitchen vibe made it fun to watch everything being made. Dessert was the pistachio gelato--creamy, not overly sweet, just right. The price is a bit expensive, but considering the quality of food and the size of the servings, it's to be expected. I like how the appetizer in this place is some of the best I've ever had. We do this thing where we take Parmesan cheese, vinegar, and olive oil and mix them into a plate. We then dip the bread into the mixture and viola, one of the best free appetizers you can get at any restaurant. Their salads are also good particularly the Caesar salad. Silvanas(Sylvanas) cookie version of sansrival,a frozen cookie consisting of layer of buttercream sandwiched by two cashew- mirengue wafers and coated with cookie crumps. A different place to dine in,pateo seating is also available,take out as well,busy busy place because its located just opposite of a morethan century old catholic church named San Agustine. My prayers were answered one day when I found what I was looking for at my own school's canteen. The canteen at San Beda has this small pasta place that I just really love for its value. I spend thirty pesos and I get a plate of pasta. Meat, carbonara, pesto, cheese, spicy asian and pomodoro are the different flavors on their menu. You'll get your pasta and half a slice of garlic bread. The sauce may not be out of this world, but considering the price I can say with great confidence that it's excellent value for money. Heck, there are times when I even place to orders since I know one won't be enough to satisfy my cravings.
