10/10, all the stars! I can't say enough good things about Pasta Bella. Such a hidden gem. From the outside, they don't look like too much but their food was everything! When we first walked in, we saw a dessert & pastries counter with all freshly made desserts. Cakes, cheesecakes, half & half, baklava. I ended up getting the strawberry cheesecake & the lemon cake. Those slices are HUGE! 3 Cheesecake Factory slices type huge. Definitely bang for your buck. The restaurant itself is super big, with 2 sides & a bar so we didn't have a wait. We were immediately met by the server who was very nice & attentive. We had the black rasp'berita & the lemon fizz. Both were yummy! To eat, we did the risotto balls appetizer, Greek salad, Caesar salad, shrimp Alfredo, & steak & mushroom bucatini. Besides the humongous portions on everything, everything was so good! The salads tasted fresh, the risotto balls were fried perfect on the outside but perfectly soft on the inside, the Alfredo was so creamy & didn't feel thick or heavy. It's been years since I had Alfredo that good. The star was the bucatini tho. The cook on that skirt steak? *chefs kiss* the most tender, flavorful steak! The manger even stopped by to ask us how everything was which we appreciated. I've been looking for a good pasta spot & this place exceeded all expectations. Today I visited Pasta Bella Italian American Grill for my great-niece's birthday with a party of 20, and I can honestly say I will not be rushing back -- if I return at all. While our server did the best he could and remained attentive, it was completely unacceptable that he was left to manage a group our size without any visible support from management or additional staff. No manager checked on our table, offered assistance, or ensured that things were running smoothly, which is basic hospitality -- especially for a large party celebrating a special occasion. What was most disappointing was the manager's behavior. When he was asked to comp one slice of cheesecake, his response was, "This is not my house, I just work here." That statement alone reflects a lack of ownership, professionalism, and customer care. It became even more inappropriate when he proceeded to ask one of our guests to help carry dishes to the front. Asking paying customers to perform staff duties is completely out of line and frankly disrespectful. The food itself was mediocre at best, which only added to the overall negative experience. The only bright spot was our waiter, who truly tried to hold things together despite the lack of support around him. Management sets the tone for any establishment, and based on this experience, there is a serious disconnect in customer service standards here. I've come to Pasta Bella a few times over the years and it's just ok. They've upgraded the decor a pinch but should have taken more time to do a more thorough renovation. Pros: Service is always nice. I don't think I've had a bad experience. Complementary starters - rolls and sauces. Portion sizes are huge! Large variety of Italian and Greek options. Large variety of desserts. Cons: Price point is high for the quality of some dishes. Some of the food is just meh. I usually have to add seasonings because the favor isn't there. Pizzas look like premade cheese pizzas with toppings that are added prior to being served. Pasta Bella isn't my first choice for Italian, but since it's in my area, my go-tos are the vegetable lasagna, chicken lasagna and any of the salmon dishes. read more

I came here on a Sunday . It was crowded but I was able to be seated fast. I ordered soup and a shrimp plate. The lemon soup was good and the shrimp plate was ok. If you've been searching for authentic Italian food, look no further! Pasta Bella is the real deal. The menu was limitless. I was almost overwhelmed by all of the choices. The service was top tier. The food was absolutely amazing! Everything was so flavorful! The portions were very generous. I don't think I got a picture of the bread and dipping sauce, but be careful.... You can seriously fill up on that alone. The sauce is a red sauce filled with veggies and sausage.....delicious! My family and I ordered several different entrees....each one was amazing! I almost forgot... the prices are very reasonable. We spent less than $150 for a family of 5!! Decently good food, relaxed atmosphere, and standard friendly service. I don't have any rave reviews or massive complaints for this spot. It's super clean without coming across as uptight. The servers were friendly despite them being swamped. I enjoyed the Pasta Primavera. It's well cooked pasta and seasoned vegetables cooked together in olive oil. I'm told the lasagna could have better proportions, but overall everyone had a good time. We sat at the bar because this place was packed on Saturday. Show up earlier and not hungry if you want to wait for a table. This is sort of like an Olive Garden, but you're supporting a local business. I would not drive out of the way for this place, but stop on inside if you are craving Italian food and are in the area. read more

WOW! The food at Pasta Bella is EXCEPTIONAL! The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to our large party of twenty (20). With a party that large you never know how the service will be, but Pasta Bella did their thing by making sure all the food came out around the same time, while keeping our drinks full, including my martini's. I ordered seafood Stephanie with shrimp, scallops, salmon and mussels with mushrooms in a zesty marinara sauce over angel hair pasta. My GOD, it was delicious. I did not know that Italian food could be this bad. Italian has always been my favorite food and I have the spots I go to. This was, honestly, one of the worst dining experiences I EVER had! When we walked in, I had high hopes because it looked very cozy and welcoming. The host seated us quickly and our server can over soon after. That's where it all went downhill from there! I told them I was allergic to mushrooms and accompanying guest also requested her mushrooms be excluded from their dish. What did we get? Orders full of mushrooms. The salad wasn't good at all. Now, once the mushrooms were removed, the dish my guest ordered was succulent. However, I just ordered wings to be safe as a replacement order and they were not good at all. In conclusion, I'm going to go back and see if I order something different I'll have a better experience. However, as it currently stands, my hopes aren't that high. Every time I go to Pasta Bella, I order the same thing: eggplant parmigiana, the Greek side salad, the stuffed seafood mushrooms and a slice of tiramisu. Normally, I opt to use the to-go method because I want to sit at home and eat in the convenience of my own home. Every time I get my order, I am happy because I am reminded that consistency is extremely important. They always get the order right. They always greet me with warmth and kindness when I enter the doors. Everyone is attentive to making sure I am addressed immediately and make it their priority to get my order ready right away. As always dining experience was great! Was seated right away which was nice on a Saturday evening. Love the decor in the dining rooms and next time will have to sit out on the patio. Iris, our waitress came right over and took our drink orders while we had time to browse the menu. There were some delicious looking specials along with the regular menu items while range from a variety of pasta dishes to pizzas, sandwiches, wings and such. There is something for everyone on this menu. After the complimentary garlic rolls and sausages in marinara sauce, We then had the seafood stuffed mushrooms. These are served with an Alfredo creme sauce and are one of my favorites. Tonight's entree was the Penne Mardi Gras. Blackened chicken and shrimp served over penne with sausage and sun dried tomatoes in an Cajun Alfredo sauce. It was delicious but a tad salty. The flavor overall was good and of course portion was generous. I probably finished one third. My dining companions had a gyro plate that has the sandwich, fries and a small Greek salad and seafood Stephanie which is salmon, shrimp, clams and mussels in a marinara served over angel hair with a pink creme sauce. . Went on a Sunday evening and only a third to half of the dining room was occupied. Plenty of parking. Hostess sat us immediately. The table was a little dirty along with some noticeable food stains on the condiments. A server promptly gave us fresh and hot bread and sausage and pepper sauce- both were great. The waitress was also quick at taking the drink order and bring them to the table. The waitress took our food order within an adequate amount of time. The chicken minestrone soup was okay. We both got entrees from the chefs special menu. Italian hot honey chicken was great but I do wish the potatoes and vegetables had more flavor. The chicken Picasso was great but I think it would be better with pasta noodles instead of gnocchi. The meals were definitely enough for leftovers for the next day. I visited this location with a small group of friends recently. Although the food came out correctly, it took a long time. During that time, we had no drink refills and the appetizer we ordered never came. Eventually we asked about it and the manager brought it out 15 minutes after our food had came out. He did comp it since it had taken so long. We also ordered dessert and the portions were huge. We were disappointed since the last time we came because they had changed the menu. They used to offer lunch and dinner prices but now everything is one set price regardless of the time of day you go. Expect to spend $20-30 for a lunch here...my meal was $23 minus my coke and dessert. read more

We've been here probably 8x in the past 6 years and have always ranted and raved about this place and how good it is, BUT today it was absolutely terrible service, we sat down and waited probably 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged by a waitress. My fiancés knife had lettuce stuck to it, he asked for another one and she never brought it and we had to ask again. They brought our food out and then she never checked on us again. We waited entirely too long to get our check, to go box and desert. Everyone around us was also very irritated with the service they were receiving today. Desserts: You must try the Million Dollar Cheesecake (unless you're diabetic and for that I apologize) as it is delicious. Interior: Very nice interior decor. But just basic. The vegetables and a dressing I got the cheese ravioli. It is called Parmesan cheese ravioli. The have the cheese ravioli with red sauce and then put parm cheese on top and bake it. If you love baked parm cheese you will love this. To me it's too much. Like pizzas you get with too much cheese. We don't need to eat that much cheese and it overpowers the dish I will add the service was exceptional and while I didn't get a dessert, the cakes they have looked spectacular read more

Wife and Myself Go Here Often. The food and Service is always excellent. We went here today on a Sunday about 5 PM. We promptly got seated in the dining area on the left. We got a young waitress and she took out beverage requests and we promptly got our beverages and ordered our meal. We got our favorites and we ask for a slight modification and it is always no problem. Wife got Chicken Parm and I got the Eggplant Parm made the usual way. We always ask to get Fettuccine Alfredo instead of Spaghetti and sauce. It's a slight up charge but totally delicious. I mean REALLY delicious! The fettuccine is always rich with eggs and fresh and hot. I got a fresh crisp house salad with ranch dressing on the side. The salad is always cool and fresh. My wife got the lemon chicken soup. I think that's what is called. Lemony and delicious! Wife had a diet coke and I had nice and cold San Pellegrino water with some ice in a glass on the side. The dinner was perfect in every way. The Italian rolls were fresh and hot. They also give you a free appetizer of sausage and peppers. We both LOVE Pasta Bella. I forgot the waitresses name but she was terrific. Very attentive. I fact the wait staff is always excellent and attentive to our needs. We both highly recommend Pasta Bella. They also have a very large dining room for very large parties. I went to pasta Bella last month and I totally forgot to tell Yelp about it! My bad! This place has a large parking lot and is really big on the inside! So it looks like it would accommodate a large party with ease. First off, the hosts and servers were all so nice and attentive and the garlic rolls were out of this world delicious! I've never been to a place where they include a pepper and sausage marinara dip and that was such a welcomed surprise! I got the tour of Italy to share with my date. It came with a house salad, which was very fresh. We made one switch to the three options, which was to get the chicken lasagna instead of the beef. I was super happy they allowed that without hesitation, as I don't eat a lot of red meat. I will say though, the chicken lasagna was my least favorite on our "tour." The Alfredo was alright. It was pretty standard and didn't have as much flavor as I would like (but I admit I would typically choose a spicy of Cajun style Alfredo over the basic, so do what you will with that info..) However! The chicken parmigiana was SO delicious! The chicken was perfectly crispy even after being covered in sauce with the right amount of mozzarella cheese on top! I will definitely get this the next time we come. I should also add that the potion sizes were a huge and welcome surprise! I recently visited for my birthday. My first visit was around a year ago and I had a wonderful experience then, and this time was even better because they've remodeled and the decor and furnishings are so beautiful. This creates for a very upscale dining experience. The food is delicious and I enjoy the complimentary sausage and peppers and garlic rolls. This time I will say the garlic rolls could've been a little softer come to think of it, but I just so thoroughly enjoyed the service and environment I guess I overlooked the slight imperfection of the bread, and I didn't care for the lemon chicken soup because it had too much cornstarch or thickening agent. The dessert really wowed me. I had the Reese's cheesecake and it far surpassed The Cheesecake Factory's version. The peanut butter cheesecake layer was so creamy. Pro tip, do not put your dessert in the same bag as your food leftovers, because unfortunately the outside cut edge of my cake tasted like pasta when I got home lol. Lastly I will let you know that the outside of the restaurant still does need some TLC, but my guess is they'll invest there after they've recouped the cost of the interior renovation. read more

I have not had the lasagna and it was good- and will reheat well. We did pickup and ate at home so I have no comment on the service. However for the price it was great.
